Review of Napoleon
We paid close to 500.00 for our Napoleon PRO 285X Within 1 year one whole wide cut out due to a broken turn knob. This grill was covered 100% of the time and cleaned regularily. It was only used approximately 20 times. Do not trust this brand! I have had many grills over the years, usually costing 200 - 250 that last at least 3 years. Do not buy, horrible quality!
Review of Acme Tools
My saw arrived several days late and the box was crushed all over. I refused the Federal Express delivery.
I had already cancelled it several times the previous week due to it being so late, I had spoken with customer service numerous times by phone, email and texts to cancel but they still insisted I pay return shipping, It was my first time and last time using Acme Tools. Terrible customer service!!! Do not use this fly by night company!
