I brought the bike in for some small repairs. A reflector and the brake lever. The man at the front (Niall) said that it would be two weeks before they could look but I could leave it there or take it elsewhere if it was urgent.
I left it in and got a bill of €1250 without any repairs done. 250 for looking at the bike to see damages and 1000 for the time it was in shop before they looked at it. A full month by the end.
I took it elsewhere and it was repaired for less than the price for them to have a look at it.
Trust the reviews they will lie about what needs to be fixed to charge more and will charge for the pleasure of doing it. Deceitful scammers!
Hello again. I wished i could come here and write about how they made up for their service and delete or amend my review however the staff at custompcparts must be trying their best to annoy me. After receiving my parts 22 days after the original order i was happy to finally get to build the pc before Christmas unfortunately i doubt i will have this issue fixed in time. They shipped out the incorrect case. I ordered a case listed on their site including 4 fans. 3 RGB at the front and one at the rear as the build i am making will require alot of cooling. I received the item without the 3 fans. Upon contacting the staff i was told that although the name, images, description, and item specifications of the case i ordered all included the fans the item they sold was different. meaning they openly advertise one item and ship another CHEAPER variant. I tried to remedy this by asking for the missing fans and i would install them myself and forget about it. The staff have proceeded to instead ignore my messages and respond with indignant one line responses that completely ignore what i say. This customer services is absolutely atrocious. Complete insulting disregard for your problem.
In summary they shipped the item 22 days late, sent the incorrect item, refused to acknowledge the problem and have expected me to just accept having rather expensive parts i ordered just never arrive. This is absolutely unacceptable! I will not drop this issue like they clearly expect me to.
Edit: 30th of April
I am updating the review as months later my miserable experience with these scammers is not over. After accusing me of lying and trying to get my review taken down i needed to prove everything i stated before. After trying to abuse trustpilot's reporting system to silence negative review I was also threatened with a lawsuit for sharing my experience!!!! There is no way to express just how ridiculous dealing with them was. I will never purchase anything from them again. I implore anyone considering buying anything from them to reconsider companies like this should not be allowed abuse customers. There is a reason they are so lowly rated and the positive ratings are very short messages or no text at all. I would not be surprised if they were using bots to boost their dreadful reputation.

Your order was delivered late because of an item you ordered which was not available and we notified you of this when you placed the order.
We have not shipped you any item you did not order and we have explained and sent you absolute proof of this prior to you placing this review.
The item ( Motherboard) was still not available when we shipped the order however we upgraded your order FREE OF CHARGE
Your ordered
ASROCK X570 PHANTOM GAMING 4 with a cost of €190.51
We shipped you for no extra charge
Gigabyte X570 Gaming X with a cost of €222.97
We did this as a gesture and to ensure your order was delivered before Christmas
This upgrade was done at a cost to us of €32.46
We would never change an item to an item of a lesser specification of value and we made this change after communication with you.
After receiving the goods you then contacted us claiming we shipped you a version of the case which had only 1 fan when in the image there were 3 fans. We explained to you that the images are for illustration purposes only and the manufacturer will show examples of how a case will look with different style fans for example.
This case however clearly was sent with 3 front fans which were RGB and then a rear fan which is not RGB. This is the exact specification set down my the manufacturer and has not been changed by ourselves.
You have alledged we carry 2 versions of this case and we shipped you the cheaper of the two.
This is not correct and is not supported by any evidence.
We have never had 2 versions of this case available and there is and has only ever been once version of this case which is still listed on our website !
The datasheet of this product and the part number clearly state what you ordered and this is what you received.

I ordered items nearly two weeks ago and am constantly struggling to find out when the products will be shipped. It takes around 3 business days for a response and from my experience they feel templated offering excuses and no real solution or information. Selling stock they do not possess and require waiting days for them to receive it and ship it to you. Similar items I ordered from England and Germany took two and 3 days respectively to delivery. This inability to ship anywhere near the promised date is unacceptable. Unless you want to wait several days for any bit of contact I would not order from them. Their prizes usually match amazon.co.uk or amazon.de But lack the customer service and ability to give you what you paid for. I am writing this review not only to inform other buyers but to motivate their staff to respond to my message before next week.

Nathan ,
We reply to the vast majority of tickets and emails the same day. We answer tickets and emails Monday to Friday from 10AM to 5PM.
Your order was placed on the busiest day of the year and we posted a notice on our websites and sent an email to all orders placed on Black Friday stating that there may be delays.
Your order has been delayed becasue of the availabilty of the Asrock X570 Motherboard which was not available as the 100 plus of these we had in stock were ordered within a few hours of being made available.
We had already ordered more stock prior to receiving the first batch however the ETA from Asrock was changed from the 2nd of December 2019 to the 15th of December 2019.
We give an estimate with regards to delivery times which stated goods ordered are delivered within 4-7 business days from date of order with a same day processing cut off of 2.30PM.
80% or 4 out of 5 orders are delivered within 4 business days with the completion rate within 7 days at 99.7%.
Unfortunately there can be delays based on many factors which are outside of our control.
I can see a note that we notified of the delay and asked if you wanted us to recommend an alternative.
I believe the issue for you and the issue that caused the delay was that the X570 you orders has a lower cost by a large amount to the next alternative.
This model was the most popular X570 and unfortuantely for both ourselves and Asrock the demand for this model was beyond our expections.
It is normal for us to only stock 10 of such a motherboard however we did order 100 of this version.
For us to sell all of these within a few hours between the 27th and the 29th of November was very unusual.
Please accept our apology for the delay with your order.
