This is a good and legit platform so far! I've cashed out and got paid a few times without any problems. I have a few concerns about possibly getting paid much sooner. Another concern is that I didn't know fees would be taken out of my payments. Another concern is that I would get some surveys and complete them, and then get disqualified after giving my answers without payment (not fair). Also, there are hardly any available surveys and I have to wait for a day or more just to receive surveys again (not cool). Hopefully, improvements can be made for a better score from me next time! 🤔

Not getting paid for many surveys that I have completed. Also, I qualify to take the surveys at the beginning then after giving all my answers, I get disqualified with no payment whatsoever and time wasted. Also, Customer Service needs to respond much more quicker to many issues that we encounter.
