Joke of a company!!! Pay for next day delivery so you pack the pallet and leave it on your driveway for next day collection and you sit in all day then at 17:00 you call them to find out if it’s still being collected and they say yes, so you wait longer and it don’t get collected at all! Then the following day when it should be delivered the van comes and collects it! Wtf customer service is shit and service is absolutely shocking

I am very very satisfied with the service I was given by Megan Schrama at CF247, she went well out of her way to get the right deal for me! She was always on the phone to let me know what was going on. Would I buy from them again? Only if it was Megan sorting it out for me.

I had a wonderful experience, I was in contact with Charlie at looker’s Sheffield and I wanted to collect my car on a Saturday because I worked long hours Monday to Friday and he went out of his way to make sure my car was ready. The day before collection the car had a new mot done and a full service. On collection day me and my wife headed off at 5am by train from Essex . We walked onto the forecourt and my car was just arriving after Charlie had been out to put petrol in it for me. All in all from start to finish the service I was given was second to none! Would I buy from here again…. Yes in an heartbeat

I brought 5 pairs of trainers of a seller and all 5 pairs are fake! I’ve sent pics ect and what not say it’s out of there return window even though I brought them Friday 23rd and message them on the 27th when they arrived that’s 3 days later. First time I have ordered from Balfes bikes as always used another shop up in Manchester but I can say this is now my go to shop, the service you get is second to none! I emailed over what I wanted with my cycle to work voucher and I was sent an invoice of my order with in 10 mins a day later my son wanted me to changed his bike so I called up and they changed it over there and then and new invoice. Then a few days later I get an email saying one of the bikes will be delivered by hand the next working day! What a wonderful service. The gentleman turn up and done some last bits to the bike and then left. Then I get another email saying my bike is now in stock and will be delivered. Same thing as my son’s bike. I have never ever had service like this and I am over the moon with the service that balfes bikes give you! I’d just like to say a big thank you to the hole team at balfes bikes.

If I could give no stars I would, brought the sd performance FST lowering springs of his eBay page tuning accessories and they are a load of crap, hasn’t lowered my car what so ever! Sent so many messages to them/him and blanked!!! Great customer service. Said I wanted to return them but wanted £100 labour costs to have them taken back off my car but no reply. This person is a con and I would never ever spend any amount of money with his robbing company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !!!!!

I’ve been buying the odd ticket here and there for a year now and I’ve won a few site credits then I got a text saying I had own the £5000 TUI voucher one Sunday, I decided to take the cash instead and it was in my account with in 24hrs. Now for a big one a nice car will do lol

OMG, What a shocking service. Ordered a basketball on the 19th and I get email yesterday saying it will come on 28th. WHAT A COMPLETE JOKE!!!! ORDERED LOADS OF OTHER BITS ONLINE FROM DIFFERENT STORES AND THEY COME NEXT DAY!!! WILL NOT BE SHOPPING WITH YOU AGAIN EVER……..

We have been with sky for many a year but the last year as been a joke! We have Sky Q, Phone and Internet. When all is well we can’t complain but come on sky……NOW WE SPEND MORE TIME CONNECTING THE TV TO THE INTERNET THAN WE DO WATCHING THE TV…. What an absolute joke!!!!!!
