We ordered the horizontal milano in metallic bronze
Paid for the 2 persons carrier who were very polite and brought the radiator into the home
Was overwhelmed moon with the new radiator but a valve kept leaking no matter how hard it was tightened
The valve nut eventually snapped and separated and a clean up operation was in progress
We rang Kim who was very understanding and apologetic for the faulty valve and even enquired if we had sustained any water damage
She promptly sent out replacement valve set which we have received today
So thanks again Kim for your efficient customer service

I ordered a jug with the flowers added to it
Upon opening it 2 of the flower heads had already snapped off and the remaining flowers looked a little dehydrated
