I believe that Burneek sales technicians were helpful in providing me with the necessary information I needed to purchase my sauna. Asdrimar was the primary technician that assisted me. I appreciate the quick email response that he provided, which include superb technical knowledge and professional willingness to guide, share and provide in every possible way.
It would be nice if the company would provide a phone number, I believe this is just one area that will improve Burneek service capabilities.
