I received a return label from a webshop and the label doesn't work. It was generated in the PostNord software and has a barcode, but PostNord claims the barcode is invalid. How can a shipment company not recognise their own label from their own software, I have no words

Absolutely horrible customer service. It is impossible to return wares to a Zalando Partner - they generated a return label that doesn't work, so I can't ship my return!!! Soon the 30 days' return right will expire - I wonder if that's what they are counting on.
In the zalando app and on the website- no open contact form to fill out, no contact tlf number. It's but possible to reach them at all. The value of the goods to be returned is over 800 kr so also not peanuts.
I never had major issues with Zalando before, shopped with them for many years. But I will not be stolen from.

Peak incompetence. It literally seems impossible to buy a ticket. I have made a payment and their website says they can't display the confirmation but it would get my ticket in an email soon. The ticket and the confirmation have not arrived.
Their customer service is not open in the hours it should be. When it is open, I just get a message that "their processing times are long curremtly" and it LITERALLY DISCONNECTS THE CALL. What a joke.
