No product. No communication
I was notified that my order was delayed and that they are now looking to find a supplier. How come they get paid if they do not have the product in stock? Ok wrote to them twice with no answer. This feels bad

Review of minicabit
Confusing process
I booked a car and noted the luggage. A rep from the taxi company called imeddietly to tell me that the car I booked wad too small for the luggage and that I have to cancel and book again through minicabit. I then chatted with minicabbit and they asked me to call the taxi company to ammend my booking. Not a great experience.
