The two staff at the Chester-le-Steet clinic were so friendly. The receptionist made me feel welcome from the minute I walked in, and the ear wax removal treatment was performed, by Jackie, with care and precision. As was the case in my previous appointment, Jackie talked through the procedure, and she ensured that all the wax was removed from both ears. She also advised me to apply ear drops on a weekly basis as a preventative measure, but also to pop into the clinic to have my ears checked whenever I felt the need, and I found this really reassuring. We both agreed that I would, in all likelihood, need another wax removal treatment in six months time.
This is my second visit to the Chester-le-Street clinic, and, crucially, I feel that I am in good hands! So, I would recommend this clinic to anyone who needs ear wax removal treatment, and also to anyone who has any concerns about their ear health.

The customer service agent, Mene, was outstanding. He was very patient and understanding throughout our telephone conversation, bearing in mind I have an ear infection and often needed him to repeat questions!

The price was competitive and the delivery was prompt. I am very pleased with my car seat cushion.

My annual boiler service was easily booked; I was sent 2 reminders of the appointment; the engineer called to say when he would be arriving at my house; and the engineer polite, respectful, friendly and efficient.

The drivers were prompt, polite and efficient. I was impressed that they removed their shoes on entry to the house. They assembled the furniture quickly and were polite and respectful. I would definitely recommend this service to family and friends.

I am extremely impressed with the totally professional service I received at Amplifon Chester le Street, when I had my ear wax removed. The Clinic Manager and Hearing Aid Audiologist, Jackie Cowan, who successfully removed the wax from my ears was so friendly, patient and understanding. The wax in my ears was so hard (it had accumulated over many years) that it took three attempts to completely remove it! Jackie was lovely. Once all the wax had been removed, she advised me to clear my ears weekly using Cerumol, and to call in for a free ear check if I had any concerns. It is this aftercare which really impressed me.

In fact, I am really impressed with the entire team at Amplifon Chester le Street. The receptionist is lovely, and, as I have said, both of the Clinic Managers/Hearing Audiologists (Claire Abbey and Jackie Cowan) are highly professional and totally customer focused. I would recommend Amplifon Chester le Street to anyone with hearing problems or anyone who needs advice about improving their hearing.

Through Bark, I secured an excellent tradesman to clean the external gutters of our house. Phil Griffin (Lawnscience North East) was both very polite and very efficient. I would certainly recommend his gutter cleaning service to others who are looking for a professional job.

I am very impressed with Amplifon in Chester-le-Street, County Durham. The Clinic Manager & Hearing Aid Audiologist, Claire Abbey, was extremely helpful, and she immediately clarified my hearing problem. She carefully listened to me, and she then carried out a quick examination of my ears and discovered that my ears were full of ear wax.She advised me to get the ear wax professionally removed, and then to return to the clinic if I still had concerns about my hearing. Please note that she did not pressure me to have my ear wax removed at the clinic, but she did explain the procedure and the cost.

Ms Abbey also clarified my understanding of tinnitus, and she explained that ear wax would make tinnitus symptoms more pronounced. This was a big relief as I thought I had developed significant hearing loss. At no point did Ms Abbey try to pressure me to try hearing aids, which was main reason I attended the clinic.

I have full confidence in Ms Abbey and I will definitely return to her clinic if I need further advice about my hearing, or if I need to trial using hearing aids.

We had an outstanding sales advisor, Lewis, who took the time to both listen to us and to explain everything clearly. He looked after us, but did not attempt to pressure us at all.

The customer service agents in the Team Valley store in Gateshead were superb. They gave me excellent advice when I was deciding on which smart tv to buy, and the tv I did eventually choose was taken to my car for me. Top marks for customer service and care.

It was really easy to arrange my car insurance. I experienced great customer service and I would recommend Admiral to family and friends. I will also look into home insurance with Admiral because of my positive experience.
