Your auction delivery service is hands-down one of the worst I have ever experienced in Ontario, and I worked in 3PL for 25 years, so I know exactly how pathetic this operation is. Not only did you use UPS, who falsely claimed the delivery address was incorrect when it is 100% accurate and fully verifiable, but the item was then returned to your warehouse and magically went missing.

It took three full months and assistance from the auction house just to get a refund for the physical items. Yet you continue to deliberately ignore all requests for the freight refund, even after I provided Google Maps proof of the correct address. You’ve ignored multiple calls and emails like the cowards you are.

This is nothing short of theft and morally bankrupt behavior. You made the mistake you pay for it. Stop screwing over your customers and take responsibility for once.

Amazing experience everytime. I am a decorator and have to exchange a lot of stuff from my partner. I have always had great experience with the company . The owner is amazing,always answers the phone and is reachable 24 hours. I would recommend everyone to use their service.
