Terrible delivery
Terrible delivery. The delivery team from Webrinq could not read a simple delivery notification. I explicitly told them to place the wine by the stairs to the basement at the backdoor. They walked past the stairs... and placed the wine bottles on some stairs outside. With the rain, the boxes brokes down, and I found the bottles smashed on the ground.

Beyond criticism.....
The company I dealt with promised delivery within three days. You took 7 business days to deliver because you couldn't meet your own schedule and therefore came to our company outside of our opening hours. You were informed about these opening hours.
This is beyond criticism as shipping and delivery should be your core competency.
