The process was incredibly slow
The process was incredibly slow. My items sat, packed, in their warehouse for two weeks before they shipped them. I suspect they were only shipped after I sent them two follow-up emails. They shipped to me four art deco bound books - these books themselves are works of art and have fragile hand-painted painted covers. The packengers wrapped all four books together in paper. They should have been wrapped individually or at the very minimum had barriers between the books.

Horrible shipping service!
Horrible shipping service!! DO NOT USE THEM!!! I paid these guys extra because they were supposed to be the best. They were shipping a 110 year old rare antique clock. They did not pack it correctly and secure the weight. I ended up with a box of broken glass, wood pieced and broken brass gears. The clock is total loss. There is no customer service number to reach them.

You are most expensive auction house packers I have ever used £80!!!! for one small box under 1kg - other London auction house packers between £18-£30 You are also the slowest in collection of lots - you have put me off using Azca auctions again due to your expensive poor service.
