some of the features I'd prefer to work differently. f.e. In the form view mode wenn I double click on a form field the program switch it to edit mode. In most of such application double click means to select the word under the cursor. Another one. I'm not able to set default color for a comment field. And at last I would like to have a manual how to program form fields.

Absolutely a complete waste of time and money. Horrible non existent customer service.
I purchased Soda PDF to replace Adobe in hope of improving performance with editing as I find it slow at times.
Soda PDF came up short of what was promised, it is pretty much unusable for me and can’t find any advantages over Adobe Acrobat Pro.
I was not able at all to execute any of the following: Editing/removing/deleting symbols / rotate/shrink or enlarge/text editing/ Select a section and copy/paste in another page.
Less than one hour after subscription, I asked for a full refund as per their "30 Days " cancellation policy. From there, I have been stuck on a loop with a chatbot. I have requested customer service endless times and no luck!! Have not received my money back.

This is a reliable and full-featured PDF reading and editing product. I appreciate the ease with I can edit and sign PDF documents. Assembling Word and other files into a single PDF is also seamless.
The commenting feature is handy and it is easy to export comments. I use this extensively for reviewing documents and can send the list of comment list to colleagues and collaborators.
The Read Aloud function is also very helpful, and I use this often while walking to save time on reading documents.
With past versions, installation was a bit convoluted, but this seems to have been resolved in the latest version and installation proceeded effortlessly.
Technical support is excellent. I had an issue with signing documents, and the team resolved it fully.

I have been pleasantly suprised using SODA. It feels good using it and I am finding it much more user friendly than Adobe. I am glad I have made the switch. The cost is half of Adobe which only adds to the comfort of knowing I have made the right move.

Ok honest and helpful. Here goes. The pdf file that Soda PDF currently creates is not apparently compatible with mobile devices, it opens as blank pages, or the first page is ok and rest is blank. But it will open on a laptop. The "virtual assistance" from Soda pdf is terrible and ineffective. 3 weeks out now since my recent complaint and no real reply from them. Buy something better that actually works!!
