Tried previously several men's products but I must say that this is the one for me! Easy to use, your skin feels and looks great. Have indeed received many compliments as how face looks. Not much of an improvement on my wrinkles but then again, I am an older guy, so my expectations were not high on this. However, the way my face looks refreshed and hydrated is priceless. Great products, highly recommend.

I have been using this product for a month and already see a difference in my eye wrinkles and bags under my eyes. Easy to apply and not greasy at all. Actually feels cooling on my skin. Iam 59 and if you see pics before and after a month you would be surprised.

I was looking at this Serlino Lab Night Cream online. The reviews were all positive. Only the price stopped me from purchasing. I was online shopping when their ad of buy three get three popped up and I made the purchase. When it arrived, I did not receive the free product. I contacted the company and the CS denied the offer stating the offer had expired. We chatted and management at Serlino made the right call and honored the offer. I hope no other customer experiences this situation. I hope the product meets expectations.

I wrote to this company 3 times in the past 4-5 days. I got my product late and the box the cream came in was cut open.
Never got a return email or anything else.
Don't buy from this company!

I have been using the night cream for 3 months. My face is noticeably smoother all the time not just after application. I am just starting out with the eyecream. I know a couple of mornings it helped with tired eyes and reduced puffiness. So far so good! I am very happy with my purchases. I also like the fact founders of the company reach out. I can’t think of any other company that does this. This is a nice touch.

Love the product, eye bags are going away... it works! My skin is smoother and I am looking healthier.

Quick to respond, then even quicker to recover

THIS IS A SCAM! I ordered from their website and they stated that they delivered the product but it never arrived. I left messages on their voicemail (NOBODY ANSWERS) and sent email complaints, but they go unanswered.

October 6th update - This company did process a refund. However, that is not what I wanted; I wanted to try the product. They should have used a reputable delivery company! I also didn't appreciate the lack of response by phone or email. Therefore, I would not recommend this company until they fix their customer service issues.

Customer service has been wonderful, product arrives quickly. Highly recommended.

So far the product is good for me no allergies. I am just starting to use this week and I just come back for my trave. I will let you know and keep you updated.

I've been using the night cream and under eye cream for about 5 weeks now. My wife just recently commented that my face looks lots better. Also, I had my 6-month dermatologist's appointment and the doctor instantly recognized that my face looks great and asked me what I was using.
This stuff WORKS.

Everything went smooth, received updates on shipping, arrived on time, now just seeing how it goes just been using three nights!

Been using the night cream for a couple of weeks now, no change in the appearance.

I am generally a skeptic when it comes to claims that are made about face cream that have positive anti aging properties. That said, Serlino Lab’s men’s night face cream has proven to be very effective. In the sixty days I have used this product there has been a noticeable diminution of my “turkey neck” based on pictures I took the day I started the product and comparative photos I took yesterday. I should note that I scrupulously followed the instructions for use of the product. In addition, my facial skin has softened and taken on a more healthy and vibrant appearance. Product support has been excellent with follow up information concerning what a I should be expecting to see after a given number of days of product use and reminders to use the product as directed. I also appreciated the inclusion of instructions not to use too much product on each application. Using a pea sized amount for my entire face and neck has worked just fine and optimizes the amount of time a single bottle lasts, ie, as the seller notes “using more is not better”. Hope that the product works as well for you as it has for me and happy to note that I can recommend giving it a try.

Handsomely packaged. Face cream feels good going on and is quickly absorbed. Face feels a bit tighter but when I look in the mirror every morning after three months of use I don't notice a huge difference. I still have four bottles left so I'll wait until I finish them before I consider reordering.
Also a small hint: when the pump stops working, you can still extract a couple of night's worth of cream by unscrewing the pump and swirling it around in the bottle. :-)
