Purchased for my 2002 Nissan Frontier, the backs seem to big, has need a week trying to get in touch with the company and nothing. Wanting to return cannot get an email or a call back. Customer support sucks. For $400+ you would think that someone would at least acknowledge you to at least try to help.

they're okay for what they are. a step and a half above covers from any auto parts store. the front of the covers look pretty good on the front seats. it's like they gave up when it comes to making the headrest covers fit. what I mean by that is they're literal slip on covers for the headrest with cheap stretch material that makes it look cheap. when it comes to the actual seat covers front looks good and fits well enough. then you look at the top rear of the front seat and it's bunched up and looks like a trash seat cover. I installed multiple times taking them on and off to get that bunched up look out of it but it did no good. the extremely cheap plastic buckles that go underneath the seat and through the stretchy side down supports are the absolute cheapest pieces of shit they could possibly use. I was very careful during install and still broke one of the 4 plastic snaps while applying slight pressure to lock the seat covers into place. overall I had to keep reminding myself that it's just seat covers not my normal catskin leather install. it is a new work truck so I didn't wanna spend 3 grand on catskin. I didn't even bother installing the rear seat covers because I'm unhappy with the way the fronts turned out. install for 2 fronts took just over and hour and a half strictly because I took them on and off so many times to try and get that bunched look out. I got a center console cover from a different company for 18 dollars that matched the black diamond look of seat cover solutions. as advertised it installed extremely quickly which gave me false hope about the seat covers thinking they'd be just as nice and easy. not the case. it took over a week close to 2 weeks to come in. called several times inquiring about them, kept missing the call backs but they did call back every time I called them. 3 times in total. bottom line I won't be purchasing these again. if you're looking for unbelievable and amazing these are not it. if you want to protect your new seats and dont care terribly about great fit these are the ones. price is okay but again lower your standards before they arrive. Last thing the install videos are helpful but not detailed. however not rocket science to install even without any directions what so ever. I dont feel like they're worth the price either. Maybe 150.00 dollars. Definitely not worth over 400.00 dollars. Very last thing I swear. Their website says 4.9 out of 5 stars, thats b.s real reviews 3.6 out of 5 stars.

I was skeptical buying seat covers online, but im glad I did! These covers from Seat Covers Solutions do the job. I purchased the entire set for my 2023 F150 to protect my cloth seats. Im a messy driver, always spilling something. These covers clean up easily, and quickly. They are nice looking as well.
Customer service is top notch. I had a broken buckle, and they quickly replaced the entire cushion.
I highly recommend!

Considering what other companies offer, seatcoversolutions.com has the Best product available on the market. The cost is in line with the quality and these are not junk. It does take care, time, & patience to do the installation correctly. Like any product, you must take care in it's usage. I was able to figure out the installation without the aid smart devices, just using the enclosed instructions card. I bet that most complainers simply fail to take care during installation and the use that follows. I took the time to call Customer Service, in advance, and they were most-helpful in keeping my Order correct. The Order went smoothly and I was informed of back-order status promptly. It was worth the short wait! Color choices are appealing to your own tastes. Don't expect these to last if you've got screwdrivers sticking out of your back pockets, so they will last with due care! I took the time to call them and let them know a 5-Star Review was in the works. :-) ;-)

Ordered front seat covers for my car. They are way too small and when trying to return the company ghosted me. Trying to dispute the charge now.

This company went above and beyond to make sure we were 100% happy with our purchase. They always replied to our emails and concerns in a timely manner. We were unhappy with the rear covers and they replaced them with the actual custom ones and now they fit amazing! The quality of these covers is top notch. No crumbs can possibly hit the seats and they are definitely not sliding off. We've had the front ones on for at least 2 months now and they are amazing! The covers are worth the $ but the customer service is worth way more to me honestly. Couldn't ask for an easier more pleasant company to buy from! The only COMPLAINT I have is that the seat covers claim that your ventilated seats will still work. I guess technically they do STILL work but we can't feel the cooling feature AT ALL and the heat you can hardly feel and it takes a really long time to come through. That felt misleading.

Installation was a nightmare. I had to have the strength of a wrestler to get the covers on. What was billed as an 15-minute installation turned into hours of battle. And once they’re on, they are stiff and extremely uncomfortable. I hate them.

I'd leave zero stars if it were allowed. We paid over $400 for front seat covers for our 2026 Hyundai Sonata N-line. The upper portion of the seat covers fit ok, but made the adjustable bolsters on the driver's seat unusable. The bottom portions were both bulky and very loose fitting. The 'bonus' steering wheel cover didn't fit the steering wheel as the n-line model has a flat bottom steering wheel. I sent an email to "customer service" on 9/20 - three days later I finally got a reply with an offer of a larger steering wheel cover. I was also asked to send photos of the 'fitment issues' to help their technicians. I took off the covers and boxed them up when I saw how poorly they fit - I wasn't about to fight them back on the seats just to send a couple of pictures to the company. I have since sent two additional emails requesting a return label and refund - funny how the website states refund's are issued at 85%, with 15% coming as store credit. I'm returning your product - why would I want store credit?? Other reviews seem to indicate this company drags out the return process - maybe to make it past the 30 day time frame?? TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR SEAT COVERS.

I purchased these for my new 2026 Mazda CX five. The ordering process was easy and shipping was fast. The seat covers got here within a week and I had a couple of days to watch the installation videos and try to get them fitted.

They look great and the seatback installation went smoothly for both the passenger and the driver seat in the front of the vehicle. I encountered problems when I tried to install the portion that covered the seats themselves. I could not get the straps to thread underneath the seats so they do not look neat and custom fit. I’ve tried several times including rigging a coat hanger to pull the strap back and connect with the second strap.

My only other option now is to take it to the dealer and pay rack rates for their labor to get these installed. I did not want to do this, but I am left with no choice.

I love their story and the look and feel of the product, but the installation is a mess.

Advertise that they have a free 30 day return policy but don’t respond to emails nor do they answer their phone. In looking at negative reviews across other sites this is a common problem. Also, they claim seat covers fit like “custom” ones “for your vehicle” but that is not correct. Still have the same bulky look especially on the rear seats and headrests which is why I paid more to try this brand out. Will have to dispute with my credit card company to get my money back.

These covers are well worth the money. They’re very well, made look great and are so comfortable it’s like having new seats in my 08 Chevy 2500HD Duramax. I ordered, then realized I didn’t get my veterans discount. I simply sent them an email. I had a reply and my discount was applied within 30 mins. Delivery took about 7 days from placing my order to my house. Great quality product, great customer service and will refer them to as many people as I can.

Seat covers did not fit the first time and they did a free exchange to customize them to my Honda Fit. Amazing service and quick responses.

I don't have anything negative to say about this business. I ordered a full set (front & rear) seat covers for my F350. The quality was more than I expected, and the fit for my front seats is perfect. The rear seat cover however was not the correct configuration for my trim package, so I made a phone call. Tamaira was extremely helpful. I was informed that they currently did not have a cover for my particular seat configuration, but were working on getting them in stock. Honestly, I had forgotten all about the rear seats, then 6 months after my call, a Seat Cover Solution box showed up to my home. It was the correct cover for my seat configuration. This company gets 5 stars from me! A good quality product with exceptional customer care. Doing what you say goes a long way with me.

The seat covers fit great, and my truck is 11 yrs old so I was worried about that!! The quality is amazing and theyre easily 100 times as comfortable as my original seats. Amazing product and great team to communicate with. Extremely happy with my purchase!! Highly recommend.

I bought these covers 2 years ago and I loved them. There were some small things I would have liked to make them fit better but overall very nice. Fast forward 2 years and I find out all the little things I wanted to make them perfect have been addressed. I bought new fronts and back and they are perfect. The back seats are so much better than 2 years ago. They wrap so nice and fit so tight. These are the best covers on the market. I highly recommended them. 2020 Chevy Silverado trail boss.
