I was in need of a new printer so I looked online and Printerbase had the one I was after at the best price! It arrived quickly which was great!
I also received a phone call from them to go over my order and if I needed help with anything! Delighted with the service I received and would highly recommend them.

Excellent. After purchasing online I was phoned up to discuss my order including additional ink cartridges. It turned out I didn't need one of them so I was refunded the cost.

Was looking to replace my Canon PIXMA 5750 printer which had been reliable for many years but had finally come to its end! Found a great replacement Canon TS8750, does everything I need and was a great price. Thank you Printerbase for the swift delivery as well 😀

They deliberately delayed dispatch until they claimed that "they could telephone me to ensure that the printer I was ordering was actually suitable for my needs... oh and by the way, would you like some more ink, paper, recurring order of either/both?"

Repeatedly since then, and again moments ago, well over a month since purchasing, I've received YET another phone call to "check I'm happy with the printer..."

Yes, customer care/support is great, but this is nothing but a ruse to up/sell me something else, which if I wanted at all, I know how to get in touch with them and ask for.

On this lastest call, I asked (politely!) the guy on the other end to remove from their contacts list due to excessive contact. He says "but I've only called you twice"! I pointed out that so had other members of his team!..

Let's hope they take the hint! Any further calls and I shall take this down to 1 star due to nuisance/unwanted calling.

Awful service. Do not buy from them, Their warranty is not worth the paper it is written on. They will fob you off and pass the buck. They even lie and it took me many phone calls with several people for them to even acknowledge I had warranty cover. Ensure you keep a careful email log of every call as they will lie and deny conversations. If you have a problem with the machine, you will get a standard answer that they are just a retailer and you need to speak to the manufacturer. That is unacceptable. Terrible customer service.

Dear customers. Once again, Printerbase have decided to be selective in their response to my review. I contacted them many times during the 3 year warranty period and they fobbed me off and not dealt with the real issue which was to take the machine in and rectify or provide a replacement, and even worse, they even denied I had a warranty cover. How sad is that? That is what warranties are deigned for. To customers like me who simply want an honest and reliable service, my advice to you is very simple. Keep a log of all calls and make you email them every time you contact them as they will lie like they have just again in my review to Trustpilot. Also, don't be fooled by their nonsense that they only cover only faults through genuine cartridges used. You are covered by consumer law. Its simple, if the machine is faulty, then you are covered. Its not about where you got the inks from. Sadly, a poor and completely misleading response given by them.

The advisor on the phone knew her stuff! She responded to what I was looking for in a printer and I had almost decided on one but she said she recommended a particular Canon (I had been avoiding Canon pixmas) and talked me through everything it would do.

She was patient while I measured furniture here to find out if things would fit and advised me following what I told her.

She made purchasing a new printer (and a scanner) a real pleasure.

I bought from Printerbase because their website had a telephone contact number to ask questions (NOT a chatbot), The person I spoke to was very helpful and made it much easier for me to choose the right printer for my needs and the right connections to my PC. Delivery and support were also excellent.

I ordered a printer at 9 in the evening but my card was rejected, which was a bit worrying. Printerbase rang me in the morning because they wanted to make sure that I knew exactly what I was buying. That was very reassuring. Printer arrived 24 hours later and is absolutely brilliant. I am delighted and impressed.

The first Epson ink tank printer sent to me by Printerbase unfortunately did not work. The printer could not pull the ink from the tanks to the printhead.

I called up Printerbase, and was lucky enough to speak to Sarah, who sent me a script to work with to try to resolve the issue. She then proactively followed up to check if the script had worked. As it hadn't, she immediately arranged for a new printer to be sent out (it arrived the next day), and the non-working one to be collected. Excellent service - thank you Sarah.

Extremely prompt and helpful. So nice to be talkingu to real, friendly humans throughout the whole process. The service felt bespoke to my needs, and the answers to my questions, e.g. about ordering new toner, etc., were clear and honest. Given that their prices compared well with other providers, I'd definitely recommend Printerbase for their human-led service.

I recently contacted Printerbase and was genuinely impressed by the level of service I received. Both Charlotte and Steve were exceptional representatives of the company and made the entire experience smooth, friendly, and surprisingly entertaining.

Charlotte was an absolute star. She was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and wonderfully personable throughout our conversation. Her recommendations were spot‑on, and she made the process feel effortless. Staff like her are rare — she absolutely deserves a pay rise and more annual leave for the quality of service she delivers.

I also spoke with Steve, who helped me when I was being completely blind and couldn’t find the feedback section on their website. He was patient, helpful, and a genuinely pleasant chap. However, I must note that he apparently doesn’t drink tea or coffee, which is clearly unnatural behaviour and suggests he may dabble in witchcraft. Despite this supernatural concern, he was brilliant and deserves recognition for his support.

Overall, I’m extremely impressed with Printerbase. Both Charlotte and Steve represented the company exceptionally well, and I sincerely hope their managers appreciate the value they bring. I would highly recommend Printerbase, and I will definitely be using them again for future requirements.

Staff went above and beyond in aftercare and were most helpful with a problem I had caused. They stuck with me, giving assistance despite its not being their problem. I'm really glad I purchased from them, delivery was swift and the entire process of ordering was trouble-free. It was great to find a business that really cares about its customers.

I dealt with a Martin Ferneyhough who was very helful and knowledgeable on the printer I had decided to buy. I got a good deal on both the price of the printer and a supply of the ink cartridges.
The icing on the cake was that the printer arrived less than 24 hours after I placed the order.

Great experience. Customer service really goes the extra mile. Got the best price around for the printer I ordered and then had a follow-up call from Lewis who asked about my planned uses and made sure I had the right printer for the job.

My old printer was playing up so needed something similar quite quickly. Looking around various sites I found a more recent Brother printer and Printerbase was showing stock.
I sent an e-mail enq'y asking if this was similar to the old one and received a phone call a short time later from Andrea who told me the year I'd bought the old one then explained the minor differences.
So I ordered it there and then and it was delivered the next working day.
I seriously recommend this company as there is no hard selling, They're friendly and they know their products
