It's ok.
It's ok. Slower to respond to inputs (such as skipping to the next song), and there is a noticible reduction in graphics quality on Google Maps and Spotify. I will keep using it, but would not buy it again.

Faulty Product! Refusing A Refund!
Purchased the cabin care car adapter as it was described it was compatible with my car
After waiting a month for it to arrive it then failed to work
I tried all the troubleshooting such as trying to update the firmware but the download just fails and the app won’t connect
Proved everything with videos
Had to wait another month for a replacement which again has the same problem
Now they are refusing to refund me and trying to claim it’s over 30 days refund
Waste of money! Waste of time! Waste of customer services!

Been using Ottocast P3 SE for a year, but recently car HU firmware update had cause the screen touch screen totally not working. The support team from Ottocast (Paul and Lorie) were there to help me on my issue. Paul provided me firmware for my unit for testing and now everything working fine now.

Over the top customer service
I recently purchased their mini pico device to add full wireless capabilities to a recently purchased 8 year old car. I had some difficulties getting it to work consistently with 2 phones. After contacting their customer support, I was blown away by how well and hard they worked to resolve the issue. They genuinely took the time to research my issues and suggested many fixes. I wish more companies would make this kind of effort to resolve issues and make their customers happy! Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for this type of equipment.

Great service and a great product!
There was a problem with the initial order but the service in eliminating the problem was superior! The response time, even on a weekend was within an hour and the problem solved. Once I received the Ottocast U2 I have been extremely pleased with performance. An old CarPlay adapter (not an Ottocast) continually disconnected. After connecting the U2, it has not disconnected at all even though my driving patterns include multiple stops. It has been several weeks and I’m happy with my purchase and recommend it highly.

This is my first time purchasing this mini cube thing. Before i used this cube thing, I have NEVER had issues with playing my music through apple play. They never skipped and NEVER had issues with my connection “buffering”. But since I’ve been using this cube thing, my connection would be lost (buffering) and my music would start skipping?!?!? I can’t figure out why.
