Took 24 hours to get the code, but it wotks

Warning!! Please do not buy from this site.

The products are advertised as instant delivery, the item I ordered was in stock and even after 6 hours still no product, I contacted support 2 days ago and still no response so I contacted PayPal to get a resolution and I still have to wait 10 days to even start getting money back. Once I raised a support ticket on the japan-codes site they instantly put my order on hold. This is a very frustrating experience and I advise anyone who is thinking of ordering from here to use another site.

It's easy to buy and reliable. I'm very satisfied and recommend it to anyone who can't buy in Japan. The price is very fair comparing to other sites.

Customer service was polite but not instant, the card delivered within 24hrs. I am a first time user so I'm not sure whether it has to do with verification but rest assured this is not a scam site, its just a bit slow.

Terrible experience not just they took the money for the item what they didn’t deliver, but they even ignored all of my messages. No response what so ever.I won’t leave it like that I will contact the bank/ PayPal and then I will report this website as a fraudulent in any possible website because that’s what it is promise items for exchange for money get the money and ignore their side of agreement.

I didn’t know what to expect since Japan Code is not a well known company in the United States, but my son wanted to purchase a song from iTunes Japan and we can only pay using yen. I initially ordered a small amount just to try them out. My first order took 24 hours before I received my code. My son was able to redeem it via iTunes with no issues. We are very happy with this company and will use them again in the future.

The service was astoundingly fast and the process till
delivery clear, easy to follow and well documented.
As of now can only suggest the service provider in case

I tried multiple times and It didn't work at all
All I wanted was 3000 yen on iTunes, I instead got money anxiety and a headache. I have seen a review stating that their code was redeemed already so perhaps it was divine intervention that saved me
