Nice quality, fair price, shipped fast!!

Custom Car Mats advertise custom fit seat covers. I order a middle row set for my 2018 Dodge Durango SRT. What came was something that wasn't even close to custom fit. In fact, it was a set that looks like it's for the rear seat row of a crew cab pickup truck. My Durango SRT has 2 bucket seats with a center console between them. In order to even ask for a refund and a shipping label I had to send pictures to prove they aren't correct. I still haven't heard from them after I had to unbox the covers again and take pictures. I have a strong feeling their covers are made in China from patterns that may or may not be accurate by people who likely do not know the difference between a bucket and a split bench. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. I will likely have to take this up with my credit card company to get it resolved.

I am not at all satisfied with the seat covers I ordered for my 2023 Lexus RX 350\. I provided all the requested information, including the year, make, model, and trim, yet the covers do not fit either the front or rear seats\. When I contacted them , I was told that seat covers are generic & universal . If I wanted generic covers, there are many much cheaper options available on Amazon /online . The only reason I purchased from your company was because your website specifically stated that the seat covers were customized to fit the particular year, make, model, and trim of the vehicle\. Based on my experience, that claim is not accurate\. I am requesting a full refund and would like instructions for returning the seat covers\. Please confirm the return process and provide a prepaid return label\.

The custom floor mats truly enhanced the look of our Tahoe, and we absolutely love them! We especially appreciate being able to personalize the mats with our signature logo, which gave them the perfect custom touch. The customer service was excellent, and the delivery time was impressive. We are very pleased with the quality and overall experience!

Shoddy material, “custom fit” is Velcro tape. I will be throwing them in the trash since they do not accept returns.

My seat covers are a perfect fit, I purchased a full set for my f150 and I bought the front seats only for my other two cars. Love them

I ordered cargo liner mats for my 2025 Honda Odyssey from Car Mats Customs. The delivered cost was almost $400. The liner consisted of 11 different pieces. The package contained no instructions and no devices for attaching the liner to the sides of the cargo area. I asked for instructions. Over the course of several weeks they sent me pictures of how to install different mats in different cars but none for my 2025 Honda Odyssey. They finally sent me some velcro pieces with no instructions. It became apparent that the cargo liner they sent me was not for a 2025 Honda Odyssey. When I told them to either send me the correct liner or refund my money they said I should install the pieces they sent me as best I could, take a picture and then send it to them for them to figure out what other pieces they needed to send me. I told them NONE of the pieces fit because they weren't made for my car which has third row seats that fold flat into the floor. No response from them. They are the worst company I have every had the misfortune of doing business with. Do not use them.

I’m really happy with these seat covers. They are very nice quality and look great on my front seats. They fit well, were easy to put on, and really give the seats a fresh, updated look. They seem to be well made and I’m very pleased with how they turned out. Definitely a good purchase!

I had a very disappointing experience with Car Mat Customs. I purchased driver, passenger, and rear-seat floor mats from them around the COVID period. Unfortunately, the rear mats did not fit properly—they were approximately 1 to 1½ inches too short on all sides.

I contacted customer service and was asked to provide pictures showing the fitment issue, which I did. After reviewing the pictures, they told me they would speak with their designer and get the issue resolved. I was patient and gave them plenty of time, but months turned into years, and I never received the properly sized mats they had promised.

Eventually, the driver's mat had worn through, so I contacted them because I was willing to purchase a new set. However, I explained that before spending more money with the company, I wanted them to honor their previous commitment and send the replacement rear mats they had promised.

They then asked me to provide proof of our previous conversations. I provided that documentation, yet they still denied my request.

At this point, my issue isn't just with the quality of the product—it's with how the situation was handled. In my experience, the company made promises, failed to follow through, and ultimately refused to honor a commitment that had already been documented.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Car Mat Customs. The fitment of the rear mats was poor, the resolution process was extremely frustrating, and after years of waiting, I was left feeling that my concerns were simply dismissed. I would strongly recommend considering other options before purchasing from this company.

This is a fradulent website, STAY AWAY! I paid over $500 for "custom" car mats, and what I received was nothing of the sort. They are indeed car mat type material, but at the bottom of the package was a crumpled up fake "CAD" drawing that looks like it was hand drawn by a child in Microsoft Paint. This is what the car mats were made from. It's just a stack of hand drawn rectangles on top of each other. The lines are eyeballed, there are no measurements, they are not symmentrical from side to side, and the dimensions of each one have NOTHING at all to do with the dimensions of my car. They don't even have the right number of pieces, and none of them are the correct shape. They're not off by a little bit and I could make it work, they're complete nonsense. The included instructions show a 2 row sedan, not my 3 row SUV. The cutouts relate to nothing on my car. I spent an hour trying to figure out how to orient these in the car before furiously concluding I got scammed. I reached out to the company several times well over a month ago and have not heard back at all. SCAM!!!!!!!!

Looks exactly as described. Fits perfectly and exact to install. Just order more Velcro off of amazon if you like it positioned perfectly. My dogs love it and It makes my life simple now to keep it clean. Quality value perfect

The mats don't fit properly. The driver's side does not latch to the manufacturer studs holding the mat in place to prevent the matt sliding forward and jamming under the brake or accelerator.

A waste of money

I just love these car seats. The order came very fast. The color was just like the picture and look absolutely beautiful. Very easy to put on and look professional.

This product is cheap and the size is not even close to custom. They ask you to select your specific year,make and model of vehicle and you’d then think the seat covers are specific for your vehicle and that aren’t. The customer service is horrible and they say they will make it right and then stop responding. DON’T BUY FROM HERE.

The mats that they sent me were supposed to be custom made for a C5 Corvette, however the mats that were sent did not fit especially the driver side, there were no grommets to attach them to the factory installed floor mat hooks on the floor, very poor fit, virtually no fasteners to hold them in place, they slide around and are dangerous because they can Bunch up underneath the gas and brake pedal, after contacting car mats customs about the problem they just ghosted me, I would never do business with this company ever again, if you want to burn up your money just buy fireworks instead.

Second product I bought and loved them both

Ordered rear bench seat covers and they sent me front covers. Refuse to exchange or refund. This company is a scam! you can get the exact seat covers from other sites. There is nothing custom about it.
