My tonneau cover didn't fit good and water was coming in. I adjusted quite a few times trying to resolve it. Called the store in london where I bought it and they said bring it in. Got there and the guy came out and looked at it for 10 seconds and he couldn't help me. I called the manufacturer and they promptly sent a replacement which ended up being a half inch longer and solved the problem. London store is crap.

I have a Mercedes GLK 250 that came with a block heater installed but no cable
I was not going to pay 150$ for a 6 foot cable that MB was charging me for a kit they sold.
So I started searching the WEB and discovered on MB groups the MB part# BQ 6 02 0611 corresponded to something that looked like DEFA - #DEF460937

All picture is saw for that cable looked close but I could not be sure it would fit.

Their service team worked with me through several email interactions until I was 100% confident in the fitting of the cable

If you have an action cap it is likely made by ARE. Check for a serial number plate and take a look at the website that it lists. It will likely be 4are.com. Just wanted to share that information with anyone wanting to purchase a Canadian made product

The Fredericton NB branch customer service is terrible . This was my 4th and last call to there EVER . I do upgrades to suspensions for plow trucks ( Timbren Parts ) and such and every time i call the parts are 12-18 weeks out . Even after i spend my time getting all the right part numbers myself from manufacturers myself . The last straw is when i called looking for upgraded cv axel bushings for a Toyota Tacoma which is recommended for lifted trucks , this one is lifted 6 inches and a customers truck . I was told on the phone that they dont sell those kinds of parts and maybe i should check Napa or Toyota or Parts City and listed off a few more rudely . I waited for him to be done and i said i just thought where you sell rough country lift kits that maybe you would have the recommended parts that go with them . He got even worse saying that yeah they sell rough country lift kits but how would i expect them to have bearings and bushings and went on talking so i hung up on him . I dont need to listen to this kind of behaviour from a parts guy that has little to no knowledge of what he is selling . I will in fact get the parts i need from somewhere else and i know my little shop probably wont make a dent in their sales but you never know , my shop runs on word of mouth and i do good work and get more every day . People depend on me for quality work . I just dont have the time to waste on the phone with rude parts guys and getting no where
