Some features were a little confusing at first. It took me a while to realize I needed to set which websites and apps should be marked as productive or unproductive. Because of that, the data didn't look right at first. After I fixed that everything worked fine, and the reports are accurate.
I recommend it to any company looking for a system like this. It save time compared to doing everything manually.

WorkTime has been part of our workflow for some time. What I find most useful is the visibility it give us. Productivity tracking is useful, but that's not the only reason we use it. Another benefit has been reducing unnecessary software cost by showing us which tools we actually use. The filters could use some improvement. I'd like more options for filtering employees by job type and seeing employees grouped by manager. That would help us spread work more evenly across the team. Reliability hasn't been a problem for us. The data has been accurate so far.

I tried the 14 day trial. Afterward, I had a demo and signed up for a subscription. On the side, the monitoring data is accurate; on the downside, there are no screenshots

It’s been useful for understanding how the workday is actually spend. It tracks active work time, idle time, attendance, application and website usage, as well as time spent on work away from the computer.

it stopped monitoring yet. I have not figure out why. a bit complicated setting/dashboard with multiple ways to do it, but none seem responsible. We are getting no value out of the product.

First, it's convenient. Second, it's affordable found any major downsides. One small thing though: you can't delete an employee's profile picture

One area that could be improved is session management. After a period of inactivity the system automatically logs the user out and requires credentials to be entered again

Overall, the application is good. It gives us a much clearer picture of how our remote employees work and where they spent most of their working time. It has proven to be a valuable tool for our company

Great way to view reports and measure and evaluate productivity.

We've been using WORKTIME for a long time. Out of all the apps we tried, it's safest and actually gets results. I like checking how much I've done during the day-it keeps me in the zone, keeps me motivated, and doesn't let slack off.

Mornings used to be a total mess. Nobody was slacking. People were easing into the day. I'm a chill boss, but it turned out we weren't getting much done in the first 30 minutes. It added up to about 5 days and 5 hours over the course of a year, which was way more than I ever expected. Seeing the data changed my perspective.

I didn't realize how much money we were wasting untill we started using this. We've been using it for the last three years. It helped us identfy which apps weren't being used. We downloaded a report on app usage, and it turned out that out of 10 expensive licenses, only were being used. The remaining 6 people log in once a month. We canceled unnecessary subscriptions.

They've finally implemented Active Directory intergation, eliminating the need to manuallly log in for each new hire. Now, as soon as a new dev or tester is created on the network, it automatical adds them to the monitoring system. The best part. When an AD account is disabled, the licence is freed up immediately. No more paying forr "dead souls"

An employee monitoring platform shouldn't be about spyin, and this one isn't. This is massive plus for us and honestly, it's huge relief.

I'm halfway through the free trial (7 out of 14 days) and the results are good so far

It helped me identify emplyees who come in late and don't do much during the day. At first the team wasn`t happy about it, but i explained what it's for. I set realistic goals, not 100% productuvity but around 70% as recommended, becouse no one can be productive all the time. People take breaks and that`s normal. Before, the productivitity numbers weren't completely accurate because we have a daily one hour offline meeting and it was counted as idle time. Now it's fixed it and can set time for offline meetings.

I'm currently using the basic plan and it works well for my needs. I also like that with the on-premise edition I can storee the data on my own server.

We like the customer reporting. We can easily set up what we need and avoid unnecessary data.
