This feels like a total scam
This feels like a total scam. Purchased something on Amazon as I was promised the Amazon gift card. Then I tried to get the reward by getting the new gift card, only to find out that I need to buy something again to get the cashback, not an actual price reduction or similar. When I tried to get the cash I have in the account, app wanted almost all of my personal data (address, phone number and it is already linked to my Revolut account). Smells like a total scam and personal data farming app. Avoid it at all cost! If it sounds to good to be truth, then it is most likely a scam :(

Cashback is a reward you earn after a purchase, and some rewards need an extra step before they're credited. A payout to your bank account does require a few personal details. I have login issue for 2 months
I have login issue for 2 months. Their verification code is not working. I sent mail to customer service. They always reply with automatic mail. They didn’t solve my issue. I can’t use my account anymore. I lost all my earnings and voucher cards.

One month without access to my account…
One month without access to my account or my money
I have been unable to log in to Woolsocks using my Google account for an entire month. I have contacted customer service multiple times, but the only response I receive is that they are “working on the issue.”
The problem is that this isn’t just an inconvenience. I have gift cards that I paid for stored in the app, as well as cashback money that I have earned. Because I cannot access my account, I cannot use or access any of it.
Essentially, my money and purchased gift cards are stuck in an app that I have been unable to access for a month, while customer service provides no meaningful solution or timeline.
Technical problems can happen, but leaving customers without access to money they have paid or earned, for an entire month, with no concrete solution, is simply unacceptable.
Very disappointing customer service and a very frustrating experience. I would strongly reconsider using this app until they can demonstrate that these issues are actually resolved.
