Windows seem nice, but overall a little disappointed. The windows were marketed as easy operation. The force it takes to open/close is much higher than the windows they replaced. The adhesive from labels was left on both sides of every window. The install crew vacuumed to pick up large debris, but the filter bag spewed a thick dust over every horizontal surface. Washing/scraping windows, dusting, vacuuming when they left was a 5-6 hour task to get the house back in order.
Never will recommend this company to anyone. Had my windows done last year in November 2025. It is now October 26 and they still have not made an attempt to come and fix the windows that they installed. After repeated attempts of leaving phone numbers messages speaking to 11 different people. I finally reported them to the Better Business Bureau and anyone else that I can report them to. This is unacceptable how they treated me after spending nearly $40,000 in windows. They lied in the beginning by telling me that the windows I ordered which were black that they were solid PVC black and not painted black. That is not the case. All of the seams in the windows are raised so when you brush your hand over them cleaning, you can actually cut your fingers. They don’t seem to think that this is important enough to send somebody out to fix. Their excuses we need to contact Milgard the original manufacturer. Well, it’s been seven months and I still have not heard one word from them. Not one response to a text message or voicemail.

We purchased a new front door in April. We bought it so our front door would look nice for a wedding party for my son in early June. The door did not get installed until late July. The inside trim did not get installed because it didn’t arrive with the installers when they put in the door. We have been calling and calling to get this project finished. No one will call us back! We are so frustrated with the lack of follow through. It has now been 7 months and still the door is not finished. Do not work with this company because they don’t care if you are satisfied with their product.

WARNING TO DELAWARE HOMEOWNERS: UN-PERMITTED STRUCTURAL AND CODE FAILURES
Avoid Window Nation. I am currently holding a $11,603 contract balance with $0 down, and my account is locked in an active merchant dispute status due to severe structural property damage and residential building code violations left on my home.
Window Nation's specialized measurement team completely mis-measured my rough opening, delivering a window frame that is 4-1/4 inches short overall. To force this under-sized unit into the wall, their installation crew physically forced the frame, cracking and structurally gouging the vinyl casing, completely voiding the manufacturer's structural lifetime warranty.
Furthermore, Window Nation corporate operations has admitted completely in writing that their crew actively dismantled and removed my home’s existing structural under-window knee braces without ensuring the internal engineered cable support system was anchored. The heavy cantilevered bow projection was left hanging by only six non-structural screws spanning an un-shimmed 2-1/4 inch void per side into floating filler wood, causing the entire projection to sag and lean forward out of level.
On-site testing with a professional framing square proves the frame is 1/4 inch out of square (double the manufacturer's 1/8-inch allowance). Long-wave infrared thermal imaging confirms a catastrophic building envelope failure pouring raw outdoor air into my living space. Along the roofline, the crew completely omitted mandatory perimeter metal drip edging and skipped the shingle starter course, used cosmetic window caulk extensively on the asphalt shingle, which voids the manufacturer's shingle warranty.
This matter has been officially escalated past informal mediation and is currently under independent enforcement review by the Delaware Department of Justice (DOJ) Consumer Protection Unit and the Better Business Bureau (BBB Case ID: 25275166). Window Nation's corporate Vice President of Operations has halted all communication and refused a factory unit replacement. Do not fall for their premium marketing—they outsource to third-party subcontractors who do not comply with local building regulations.

We've had a terrible experience with Window Nation from the start. We have been trying to have our windows installed since May. A gentleman named Lou came and gave an estimate. Said someone would be measuring within a week or 2, and that the job would be done in 6 weeks total, with labor only being 1 day. Once the measurements were taken in June we stopped hearing from
The company completely. We called multiple times, and only after leaving a bad review in August were we finally called back. Apologies were made and someone said to call another branch. We did what we were advised to do. We called the other branch and left a message and again were never called back. Once again, we stopped hearing from anyone from Window Nation. At the end of September we a received a text from "Tom" saying all products were in and they were ready to start the job. Despite our concerns, we again gave them another chance to get the job done. The job was then scheduled for October 3rd. (Again, we were given our estimate in May). On the morning of October 3rd I received a text from the technician at 9:30am saying he was on a big job and could he come another day. I responded that the job was scheduled for today and that's when we needed it done. We never heard back after that. No response at all. This morning, 2 men showed up at our house. They were not in a company van, not wearing company clothes, didn't speak English, and had the wrong Information for the days job. We were once again, very upset. We asked to speak to a supervisor and we were told there was no one to talk to over the weekend. So apparently, if they book your job on a weekend and something goes wrong, don't expect a resolution until Monday. Given all of these events we did not feel confident that the job would be done correctly, so they were told to leave the property. This is a national. Company that advertises all over Staten Island. Outside of the initial salesman coming and giving an estimate, it has been nothing but a disaster. The unprofessionalism, the rudeness of employees, constant calls trying to get answers as to why in 5 months we still don't have our windows, and the many different excuses for it. There is no excuse to explain how any of this is how a national company does business. And quite frankly, no excuse is enough to satisfy us. We are disappointed and we are angry. I have every intention of leaving this story on every review forum I could find. I will tell anyone who'll listen not to walk away from Window Nation, but to run. By the time I've exhausted all platforms and resources, I will be sure that the time hat conversation is done, the next people won't bother wasting their time they we did for all these months. I should also include that my husband previously wrote a bad review a few months back, and this morning when he went to write about today's events he saw that is blocked and cannot leave any reviews. So this company is also trying to prevent negative reviews on their website, which is doing nothing but duping customers from seeing how this company really works. STAY AWAY FROM WINDOW NATION!!

If I could review as zero, I would.
The work was very sloppy on the grout and grout even left on windows.
The door was installed and took muscle to open and close. Locking the door was a joke. When discussed with installers, they said it would get easier. That means when the rubber breaks down. I had them come back to fix but needless to say, I am now paying a contractor to fix their work.
Don’t waste your money on this company. You could get better quality windows from Home Depot.

High pressure; must sign today sales. The product sales offer is not what production fabricates or what the installation crew installs. The installation was completely unacceptable. Even after 6 trips to our home, the problems persist. I have sent emails and left voicemails, and they have not returned my calls. This ordeal has been going on for over a year. I have been told at least 10 times that I would be contacted within 24 to 48 hours, and it still hasn't happened, even after a response saying they would! To ALL people looking for window replacement, I would urge you to check out the Better Business Bureau reviews for Window Nation BEFORE you contact them! UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE is a very conservative description!

They made the top of the window higher than all the other windows on that side of my house - now all the windows are aligned except the one that Window Nation installed. I paid in full, but several weeks later I started getting calls claiming that I still owed money, which is not true. I tried to call their main number several times, but they refuse to put me through to a billing manager; they keep sending me to the service and guarantee department, which says they cannot help me with billing issues. NEVER use Window Nation; they are abominable.

Way overpriced. 8250.00 for TWO WINDOWS !!!
I have buyers remorse and wish I would have shopped around more. Salesmen wont take no for an answer. BUYERS BEWARE

We signed a contract for replacing the windows in our house and decided to use our right of recision as outlined in the contract and despite our cancellation being submitted within the required timeframe and Window Nation confirming that it was cancelled, THEY STILL CASHED OUR CHECK. It has been almost a month and they still have not returned our money. We have been in contact multiple times to get this issue corrected and there doesn't seem to be any sense of urgency on their end.
If I could rate 0 stars just for this alone, I would. Incredibly displeased. For a company that prides itself on customer service, you should be ashamed of yourselves.

This is a scam company. They somehow got my number and called me a dozen times over two days despite repeated asks to not be contacted again.
These people don't work or have real jobs, just scam artists spamming to exploit people. Avoid at all costs.

Everything about this process was great! The specialists were fantastic, the windows are great and the installation was done in a day!! It’s the best money I have spent on my house.

NI hired ArmorVue for window replacement, starting at $30,000 and later negotiated down to $18,000. I liked the salesman, which is why I moved forward despite some early hesitation.
From there, communication fell apart. I live in a townhouse, so HOA approval was required — it took ArmorVue four separate attempts to get that paperwork right, dragging the timeline out significantly. Meanwhile, I was relying on Florida's My Safe Home program, which reimburses window costs up to $10,000, and that window was closing fast.
The one smart decision I made was paying by credit card instead of check. Because of that, I got my money back quickly through a dispute — I hate to think how long it would have taken, or how much harder it would have been to recover the funds, if I'd paid by check instead.
I'm an elderly homeowner, and I feel this company took advantage of that. The communication was some of the worst I've experienced, and the job never got completed. I can't recommend ArmorVue to anyone. Should she replied I already signed the contract I got Pella cws $7400 cheaper which are rated better so that made up for the money that you lost me. I’m more than happy to stay with this company. You guys were a total disappointment if you don’t know what kind of windows to install in South Florida. Maybe you don’t belong there . Took two weeks for you to finally send me a cancellation letter so I can move forward you just unbelievable and unprofessional. Wouldn’t even waste the time to give you a call.

Entered a contract with Window Nation in TX. After being told all the windows would match it turned out they would not. And every representative agreed. Then came the alternative designs that also did not match. Finally, we wanted to cancel for breach of contract because they could not deliver matching window patterns as promised. Turns out they dont agree with that. Do not recommend this company at all. They politely disagree with customers complaints and ever so kindly ignore thier obligations serving customers concerns and then hook em for late cancellation fees.
