Wike Inc Reviews

quickly shipped, easy to put together, the frame seems to hold up well but the straps don't hold well at all after several uses and its a bit tricky to figure out the right way to tow your boat behind a bike but overall well priced and it does the job if a little shakily

Just what I needed to fix my three generation carrier.

Not happy. Y’all suck

This is our second wike in 20 years and we love the product. It is very well made. We have a daughter with special needs and she fits perfectly. She calls it her bike and love to sit in it and bike through town.

Really appreciated being able to order a replacement part 10+ years after buying the initial product. That's what sustainability looks like! It was easy to determine which part fit on my trailer, and the order arrived really fast. THank you Wike!

I accidently ordered the wrong size wheel to repair my 20 year old bike trailer. Staff was great helping me measure the old wheel correctly, issue a shipping return tag, and get the correct product ready for me to correctly order.

It was easy to find the replacement parts I needed on your website. It was easy to place an order. Delivery was inexpensive and quick. I believe I have owned my Wike for 16-18 years and it has been one of the best purchases I have ever made.

My son loves riding in the Wike trailer. Now, we can go biking as a family. We found the Wike trailer easy to put together and well made. I had a great experience with customer service answering a few questions before buying.

It was a quick turn around to get my part. I’m so grateful the special needs trailer exists!

great stroller- appreciate they sell affordable spare spots

The product is great, good quality and strong but the delivery took praticly 4 months

Very happy with our Wike Junior Children trailer product. It’s great to have found a Canadian company and to buy their products. Delivery was quick.

Our second Wike bike. We bought the first one almost 20 years ago and are so happy with this upgrade and redesign. Much easier set up, worthy every penny!

Product took 4 months to show up even though it was supposed to ship in 7-10 days. Communication through email is almost impossible and calling by telephone gets you nowhere. If this wasn't the only place that made the adaptive trailer I definitely would have to purchased elsewhere.

This product is cheaply made with plastic components that break easily. Wike did replace the one piece, but it’s obvious parts will break easily. The pushchair is unstable and flips backwards frequently, as they did not make the weight evenly distributed which makes it extremely dangerous. The rain cover arrived without the correct length and rain comes in at the bottom. The handle is flimsy and cones unscrewed frequently. The company likes to gaslight you and blame any problems with “user error”. This is one of the only products for disabled youth and adults to use for bike rides and strolls that it fully covered. I love that it’s fully covered and holds a 100 lb person. My child is only 57 lbs and they should be able to use it longer, but sadly I can tell it won’t last, and the tipping backwais extremely dangerous. It’s not worth $1,200. If it was half the price I guesd. We are grateful Medicaid covered it as we couldn’t afford it. I wish there were more safe options.

Sent replacement wheels before promised

We have owned 3 Wike product in the last decade. Each purchase has been incredible. Customer service is fantastic. Highly recommend the trailers and e-assist products.

My daughter absolutely loves us stroller/trailer my husband converted it into a Sand stroller/cart. He had a big balloon tires to the back and the front. My daughter absolutely loves going to the beach now cause she can get out.

It was good except I live on Toronto Island and it took two weeks to receive the parcel . Going forward I would prefer Canada Pist as opposed to to Purolator .,
