Would have been a 5, but Wagjag no longer has a pickup point in Hamilton, and won’t deliver to Binbrook Ontario, which is really part of Hamilton. I now need to coordinate to have meat delivered to our daughter’s house in Burlington.

I’ve used WagJag for several years and have been pleased with service and products. I primarily order steaks from the Butcher Shop and except for once they are delivered still frozen and as advertised. They are excellent for times when you want to invite friends for Bbq - they are all same weight so easy to serve. Hopefully the ones I just ordered will also be good!

If you look at the iFly Wag Jag deal, it's almost double what they are offering on the actual iFly site. Don't buy on Wag Jag... it's a rip off. It's absolutely ridiculous. Go to the iFly website- its a way better deal right now.

Very happy with the deals on WagJag, from various meats to services and restaurant outings all have proven to be a good quality and great value.

We ordered an article that was defective and had to return. The company sent us a replacement and our experience was the same. Both times our wag jag rap, reached out to the supplier and took care of both our return and our refund. Thank you, wag jag.

Great products, great prices! A little slow in replying to questions and emails, but overall good service!

The communication I received regarding my order was courteous and efficient. Once I reached out to the WagJag team I had a solution that I was happy with, within 24 hrs.

I have only bought from the grocery tab but I can say that every single product I have purchased has been excellent. The wagyu beef and the chicken thighs in particular are excellent. The shipping is awesome and product is always very well packed and insulated.

I have mistakenly registered a wrong email address, which lead to not receiving my 9 tickets for the Royal Canadian Circus.

I have contacted the customer support and they’ve sorted things out promptly and in no time.

I had purchased some wagyu steaks and didn't know if when delivered, they were shipped frozen or fresh, which was a serious concern. I called WagJag and inquired, although the CSR did not have the answer, she said she would find out and get back to me, which she did promptly. I appreciated her honestly and humility by simply not guessing, but took the time to find out the accurate answer.

I pressed a wrong tab somewhere and was charged for something i did not want. It was late Friday afternoon. I called the WagJag number on Monday, talked to a real person and I was credited right away.

Great Prices and Customer Service!!
I bought tickets for Niagara Safari but was closed due to weather. Reached out to Wagjag, offered me credits but took the refund instead. Received the refund within a few days. 5 stars from me.
