Megavolotea plus SCAM
I subscribed to Megavolotea plus as I wanted to try it out. Before the end of the trial period, I deactivated the automatic renewal and got an email to confirm that I would no longer be a Megavolotea plus member at the end of the trial period. What was my surprise when I got charge with the full amount of the yearly membership after said period, even though I got confirmation that I was no longer a member. I even received an email the day before asking me to renew or I would not get the benefits of the subscription. This is crap.

A company that leaves its customers…
A company that leaves its customers stranded and does not refund the ticket nor covers the extra incurred costs. It is almost impossible to take contact with their customer service. Even after finally reaching them through bot-chat, all that they did is send me "endless loop" email stating that my case is taken care off. Terrible!
