This website claim to have properly informed that the product they offer on sale was close to run off but it was not the case so I received products that were not consumable. Products and language issues
Products are very good, use them for long time.
What is not acceptable that for years, since I know you and recommended few times, your website and communication is in German. For international commerce, website and communication should be in English. German version should be for Germany.
I didn't like your reply "use translator" which works only for few words at a time. Time consuming and unacceptable for understanding pages of information about your products.
Look forward to positive changes regarding this issue

All praise for the system and its correctness.
