Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I took at least 4 attempts and most of a day to cancel a reservation within 24-hours with them. I first sent a what's app message at 10:50 am with all relevant information, then was told someone would be in touch with me shortly, which never happened. Then at approximately 5:30 pm I called their customer service number and talked to 2 different people, but they said that the person who was cancelling my order would be in touch shortly, within 15 minutes. That didn't happen either. I finally received an email in which I had to confirm the cancellation about 30 minutes later. As other have indicated online, there was an error on my husband's name--giving him my middle name. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!

If I confirmed my flight, why are they asking for more money?
Within hours of booking my tickets and receiving a confirmation e-mail, underpricer e-mailed and said:
Dear Adama,
We would like to inform you that the seat pricing for which the seats were secured at the time of booking was not correct. The effective seat pricing is as follows:
Segment Seat Effective Seat Price
Boston (BOS) → Zürich (ZRH) 29D $135.98
Zürich (ZRH) → Tel Aviv (TLV) 17C $102.00
Tel Aviv (TLV) → Vienna (VIE) 10C $86.53
Vienna (VIE) → Boston (BOS) 27H $135.83
Total Effective Seat Cost: USD 460.34
As you have already paid USD 360.34, there is an outstanding balance of USD 100.00.
If you would like to retain these seat assignments, please reply to this email authorizing the additional charge of USD 100.00. Upon receiving your approval, we will process the charge and ensure the seats remain assigned to your reservation.

There was a problem with my ticket with the over lay time. and Airliner did not help. Underpricer people tried to get me hotel charges refunded, but emirates did not refund nor Fly Dubai. UnderPricer gave me 300 in cupons as a refund for my trouble at Dubai airport since there was no flight till the next morning to fly to Multan.

Making an international airfare, booking experience pleasurable
Booking international airfare is quite a stressful project. My husband and I spent many days hovering over our electronics, trying to get a round-trip flight to Europe for the both of us.
