Our experience with this vendor was terrible. Borderline fraudulent. They charged for services they did not provide. Their software for providing a UK Visa is clunky and not well designed - much easier to use the UKGov site. And much less costly.

Misleading website
Misleading website, terrible service and bad faith
On September 2, I was about to board a train from Amsterdam to London when I applied for a UK ETA for myself and my girlfriend through a website that appeared to be an official UK government service.
I ended up paying $432 for two applications, only to discover that this was a third-party company charging outrageous fees.
I requested a cancellation and full refund just ONE HOUR after paying, but they refused to refund the full amount, claiming they had already processed the applications. I only received $148 back.
Their customer service is absolutely terrible, and I believe they operate in bad faith, taking advantage of travelers in urgent situations.
Completely unacceptable and misleading. Stay away from this company and apply directly through the official UK government website!

Absolute scam
Absolute scam. The actual UK.gov website charges 10£ and a turnaround of about 5 minutes. They do not offer tiered ‘express’ ETA’s yet this company markets such a product exists and charges almost 30 times the normal cost for it. I didn’t even finish completing their form and the ETA showed up in my email despite actively being kicked out of the application form. I was told by their customer service no refunds because the ETA was issued. I only had a 5 second window between still being in the middle of completing it and it being approved thereby making it impossible to ever get a refund technically. Their customer service teams will not work with you at all. I even offered to let them retain the cost of the formal government application plus a small inconvenience fee despite their predatory and fraudulent behaviour against my better judgement, and they still declined stating I was not eligible for a refund, again, despite not even completing and submitting the form in its entirety.
AVOID AVOID AVOID. Uk.gov … NOTHING ELSE. Especially these scammers. My bank is now proceeding with a chargeback against them

Sham website mascarading as a "service"
How can you charge people $109 "service fee" to book a £20 ETA to the UK?? This is an out and out scam, and no amount of small print on your website changes this. This website should be taken down and banned. It offers no value at all!! Had family visit us who mentioned in passing how expensive their visa was. We were shocked to know they had paid almost £400 for a family of four to visit from Europe, when an ETA would only have been £20 per person. This should be banned because it does harm to the UK travel industry. Maybe there's value for people in other jurisdictions, I don't known, but putting EU countries in scope of their sham service is definitely scandalous behaviour! I can only assume the overall rating here represents unawareness on the part of those who didn't know how cheap the real fee actually is. Such a shame!

I used UK Visa Portal not realizing it was 3rd party! Not the UK Government site.
I used UK Visa Portal believing I was dealing with the official UK visa service. I only later realized it is a private company charging a separate service fee.
I was asked to pay before providing my passport photo and selfie. When I became concerned and asked to cancel, they confirmed in writing that my application had not been submitted to the UK authorities and that the government fees had not been paid.
My main concern is that the distinction between this private company and the official UK government visa service was not clear enough to me before I paid or provided sensitive personal information.
I’m sharing my experience so other applicants can make sure they understand exactly who they are dealing with and what they are paying for before proceeding.
