Helpful friendly staff. Lots of support and continuity, even with long distance online shopping. Would 100% recommend buying your herb and hardware from them. Super positive experience!

Produits are amazing and delivery is fast thank to thé team

Since there were no vendors local to me that sold my preferred make/model of vaporizer, I looked for online vendors in Canada that carried it. Tools420 was one of three which offered my choice at the lowest price, and looking at their website (and reviews), I was impressed with their wide selection, detailed product knowledge and commitment to customer service. Ordering was very straightforward, the shipping was free (above a certain price), and they also carried any supplies that I might require in the future. My order arrived on time in perfect condition, and the company e-mailed me two days after I received it to ensure that I was happy with my purchase and offering to answer any questions that I might have. My entire experience with Tools420 was everything that I could have hoped for, and they seem to be truly Good People.

I should mention that I'm 70 years old, and while I've smoked cannabis for 55 years, I'm totally new to vaping (but am enjoying it so far). Whether you're a novice like me, or have lots of experience, I can unreservedly recommend Tools420 to anyone interested in purchasing vaping equipment or supplies.

Amazing service. Great prices. Best selection! I will order again!

shopping made easy!! my order came in so quick i couldn’t believe it, not only does the hardware work absolutely perfectly it was completely affordable too, my hits are so much smoother now than they were in my last rig and cleaning is so easy hot water took care of any and all discolouration where iso or other cleaning methods would have been needed, a friend recommended to me and i will forever be in that persons debt this shop saved my life!
