I tried the VPN service but couldn't…
I tried the VPN service but couldn't get it to work (for me), so I asked for a refund and the support was TOP NOTCH. Literally a 10.
Frankly, I don't know how long the refund is going to take but I have a feeling it won't be like (forever) as many services take. We have all heard the "7-10" business days to receive your refund but based solely on the support I have received, I'm thinking it will be quick.
Additionally, when I asked for support for their VPN, even that support was almost immediate and they (Lucy) was very eager to get to the root of the problem. I have tried about 4 different VPN services and had received ZERO support replies to figure out how to use the service. Toggle at least seems very interested in helping you to resolve the issue you are having. I didn't have the time to get involved at that level so I just decided to revisit this at another time.
I would not hesitate to at least try their service if you are looking for a VPN. I plan on trying it again...

Toggle.inc a scam
I received an email from Toggle.inc to say my free trial was about to end and they would be taking a monthly fee thereafter. I had never heard of the company and certainly never signed up for a trial. They had my credit card details which I found disturbing. I emailed the company voicing my concerns and they agreed cancel the subscription that I not signed up for. I did not trust them and cancelled that credit card. Do not sign up with Toggle and don't click on any link, they are scam artists. The contact at Toggle VPN is someone called Lucy who I suspect is a bot.

Unexpected Charges on Card
I signed up for a trial period that I was lead to believe was free. I found it difficult to use. It was always on even when I tried to turn it off. Then I cancelled the subscription and uninstalled the app. It still charged me the subscription fee. It's not listed in my active subscriptions on the Google play store but I still got charged.
