The Trading Terminal is a free online trading journal and analytics app for live, demo, prop firm and backtest traders across forex, futures, crypto and indices. It shows which setups, sessions and habits are making or losing money, using your own trade history. Journal: log entry, exit, R:R, setups, confluences, mistakes, screenshots, notes, emotion and discipline ratings and a trade grade. Import closed trades by CSV, or connect cTrader (one-click OAuth) and MetaTrader 4/5 (free Expert Advisor) on Elite. Connections are read-only and import closed trades only. Dashboard and analytics: P&L, win rate, expectancy, profit factor, R:R, equity curve and P&L calendar on every plan. Pro adds 60+ customisable analytics views, including Mistake Cost Analysis (the net P&L of trades tagged with each mistake), setup and confluence performance, session breakdowns, Trader DNA and a 0-100 Edge Score. Risk and strategy (Elite): Risk Desk turns your daily loss limit and max drawdown into a daily risk budget with distance-to-breach bars and alerts at 70% and 90%, for prop firm accounts or your own limits. Trade Lab compares named strategies and flags danger zones in your results. Free tools, no signup: position size calculator, economic calendar, market sessions and a prop firm rules comparison. You can also turn your stats into a shareable image with the dollar amounts hidden. Pricing: Free is A$0 forever (1 account, 30 trades per month, 90 days of P&L history, no card). Pro is A$19/month or A$189/year (3 accounts, unlimited trades, full analytics). Elite is A$29/month or A$249/year (unlimited accounts, Risk Desk, Trade Lab, broker sync) and includes a 7-day trial. No ads, and your data is never sold or used to train AI. It is a journaling tool, not a trade replay or automated backtesting engine, and it does not execute trades or give financial advice. Worth every penny

Honestly, The Trading Terminal is one of those platforms where you realise how much you’ve been doing manually once you actually use it. The amount of tools, analytics and information in one place is ridiculous, but it still feels clean and easy to use.

The Trade Journal, analytics, risk tools and Trader DNA especially make it feel like it was actually built for serious traders rather than just another generic trading platform.

If you’re serious about improving your trading and actually understanding your own performance, I’d definitely recommend checking it out. Easily one of the most promising trading platforms I’ve come across.

Made trading so much easier

Honestly really liking The Trading Terminal so far. I’m still pretty new to trading and was finding it hard to keep everything organised, but having everything in one place makes it so much easier to track my trades and actually see what I’m doing right and wrong!

The layout is really clean and it’s super easy to use, which I really like because some trading platforms can feel so overwhelming. Definitely recommend it if you’re learning to trade or just want to be more organised.

One of the best tools for trading!

I’ve been using The Trading Terminal for a while now and it’s honestly become one of the most useful tools in my trading routine. It’s not just a place to record trades — you can break everything down by setup, session, day, performance, mistakes and psychology has helped me actually understand what’s working and what isn’t.

The Mistake Cost Analysis is probably one of my favourite parts, because you can actually see how much certain mistakes are costing you, rather than just knowing you’re making them! I also use the position sizing and risk/prop firm tools, and the auto-logging makes keeping everything updated way easier.

There’s a lot packed in, I find the pro version really good value for money and user friendly. There’s also a free version which is very generous and also a great tool.

Overall it’s helped me become much more objective about my trading.
