Awesome company and customer service!
I ordered an iPhone case and an ornament but they never made it due to the USPS not delivering. I reached out to Linda at The Potted Pixel and she made sure that my “reorder” came to me. She was wonderful to work with and I will be sure to order from this company again. Top notch and both the ornament and case were better than I anticipated!

I do want to clarify that all three items shipped out just 2 days after your order (8/16 → 8/18) — from there, delivery time is in the hands of USPS/OnTrac, unfortunately, which we know can vary. Our shipping policy states that once an order ships, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days, which is outside of our control. We're always working to get orders out the door as fast as possible on our end. Really appreciate you giving The Potted Pixel a try, and I hope the pieces are bringing some joy to your space! 🌿
