It’s nice to finally be getting to the bottom of this habit

If I could give Liven a minus zero review I would. Absolutely terrible customer experience.

They charged my account automatically for a renewal without sending a single notification, email, or warning beforehand. How convenient for them. This is a predatory, underhand tactic designed entirely to profit off people forgetting a date, rather than providing a good client experience.

Liven claim to be helping neurodiverse clients, however they blatantly rely on the fact that the majority of users struggle with dates or understanding what they have signed up for.

I received zero 1-1 coaching or had made use of the app on the first payment they debited from
my account ie the first payment charge.

They did not send an email regarding what I signed up for.

They claim this is all on a screen however you cannot see this information. Pricing is hidden. NO email to confirm what you actually sign up for, in my case I thought the payment was for a year of access. Being someone diagnosed with ADHD who struggles with dates,
paperwork and payments.

Liven have actually added another layer of stress to what their app is supposed to alleviate!!

I hadn’t even set up a password and only did so when i say 95+ pounds taken out of my account.

To make matters worse, the app itself is a joke. It is literally just a bunch of articles to read, most of which you can easily find online for free. There is absolutely no reason to pay for an overpriced app whose only true goal is to drain your bank account. When you try to dispute it, you get a customer service team that gives zero f*cks about you as a client. They don't want to help; they just want to secure the profit for an evil company. They offer crappy workbooks which is condescending and a total rip off.

Their policy isn't built on service; it is built on greed and engineered to trap you. They would rather steal your money through fine print than earn your loyalty. I will never do business with them again. Save your money and go somewhere that actually respects its clients.

This company is listed as domiciled in Cyprus. No doubt because they are avoiding tax on the money they siphon off clients.

Just starting out . I’ll let you know more as it goes . Right now it sort of feels like bullshit . I mean it’s got to be some bullshit if the drop there price for one item and want to give you everything they got for 85% off. But they got me for the $19.95 so I’m going to give it a shot . Hopefully if it doesn’t work they honor their refund policy. I’ll keep you updated

That might have been the quickest customer service interaction that I’ve ever had!

I never used this site and was charged three times for renewals I never authorized and was only refunded one charge, the cost tripled over the initial charge also which is robbery in my humble opinion. Especially where I never accessed the site! Total ripoff!

Great service. App simply wasn’t for me

I see a lot of others have the same issue.
They don't send any reminders or notifications before renewal charges and the cost is huge, so much more than other similar apps. They offer no refunds, even if you haven't used the app and the payment has literally just come out of your bank account.
If you do try to cancel, there are multiple attempts to keep you, about 10 offers and tabs making sure you want to cancel, in the hope that you think you've done it and don't press the 'are you sure you want to cancel' button.
So, not what you expect of a reputable mental health app, it is what makes you feel even more depressed.

First, I enrolled in and did not have time to discover variety of options. I kept one procedure - learning. It was boring as I agreed with most or knew it earlier. That's why I skipped lessons and soon forgot about Liven. Then, I found the bill and I wasn't happy. Totally disappointed of myself I began chatting with AI, built in Liven. Wow! We went through my life like I used to do with therapists. Moreover, this AI repeated several quotes given to me by human professionals. I liked how AI revise info and rephrase my thoughts. My English is not my mother tongue, so I found it extremely useful to chat here with AI, as I learned or recalled many useful expressions. Now, I am also filling my thoughts into Journal. I am sure I have more things to discover later. But so far I can see that I became more confident, more fulfilled and I am looking forward to gain even more and to find calmy-satisfactory-wisdom-peace. And I wish the same to all.

Too complicated app, hard to follow, too many icons and hard to understand what is for what. I even had the difficulty to find my plan I have paid for.
