Great addition to her daily routine
Picked this collagen peptides as a gift for my girlfriend to add to her smoothie regimen. She really likes that it mixes smoothly without clumping up. Only holding back one star because the scoop handle is a little short and gets buried at the bottom, but otherwise it's a fantastic product.

Bait and No Switch Either
I ordered the starter kit which was supposed to include two free gifts, one of which is the Skin Revitalizing Tool. I did not get either free gift. I was asked to provide my name, email and order ID information, which I did. I also told The Body Firm chat bot what I did receive (3 items), one of which I have no interest in using because it is a dietary supplement. They got back to me and told me the Tool was out of stock when I placed my order and they sent me an Anti-oxidant Wellness Beauty Blend device as an alternative. That is not correct - they did not send me any alternative product. Having said this, I also told them that whatever they thought they sent me, I do not consider it an acceptable replacement. Then the chat bot responded, calling me by someone else's name, and changed their story. Now they are saying the Skin Revitalizing Tool is no longer available and was replaced by their Beauty Blend device back in July, 2026. For clarification, I placed my order in September, 2026 in response to their advertisement that indicated one of the 2 free gifts would be the Skin Revitalizing Tool. So, they were offering a product that was no longer available, and then supposedly sent an alternative, which I never received. Then they thanked me for my understanding. Of what? Of being deceived? When I responded that I wanted confirmation they were going to actually send me the "alternative" device, they asked me to send them my order details so they could pull up my account. This is what happens when a company that appears to be legitimate - hello, Jane Seymour?? - is not, and depends on AI to provide customer service. I will not hesitate to let people know that The Body Firm is a scam.
