Ordered a cheap ounce of Jack Herer, it got here pretty fast, was super discrete. I didn't particularly care for having a third party package insurer, but whatever, it was a negligible fee, so I won't let it affect my rating on this review. Product itself was budget, but it had that old school Jack H. flavor, and was maybe my favorite budget version of that strain across other shops.

I just got my third order today and once again everything was perfectly as described. Two ounces and one quarter pound for an affordable price and high quality fresh stinky budz. Thanks again! 10/10

After you're having my order sitting with a shipping label for 10 days they finally get in touch. Never offer to eat the shipping that I paid for. Expedite shipping. Their response was followed up by an immediate email that still has not been responded to. Reason I'm giving them twos. I ordered her a lot. I've had two two horrible parts and both them both are customer service. One trying to tell him about moldy product and this this just a hey our bad. I wish I could post the emails because people should be able to see how they act lessen. The prices are great but if you don't get it don't get the product? What does it matter about the price?

For the people who think the reviews here are fake cause tsb site has only 4 and 5 star reviews, don't you see why that is wrong?! Peoples opinions range from 1 to 5 stars so a company only showing the good reviews do it in a shady way and it worked for you simple minded folks. Thcasmallbuds is a scammy scummy site. They love doing the ol switcheroo.. take your money elsewhere.

Not surprised at all to see the score from these shitheads. Constantly late with shipment, poor attitude with customer service, they treat disabled people like crap they don't care if you have a disability or need your medication at all they just care about profits.

One huge thing people should know is the amount of data this company sells to other vendors. The list is so big it would never fit on to hear even if I tried. Give them HALF information like Jane Doe or 123 B Street unless you absolutely need a delivery from them.

That's why they're able to sell things so cheap is because they literally sell you in return. Shady shady business!
Absolutely do a chargeback if they mess with your money like they have so many others. If they even get a 1% on chargebacks credit card companies won't use them at all anymore.

They are absolutely scared shitless of oversight and losing credit card companies so also report them to the FTC. Just another huge government organization they never wanted to deal with. Reporting them to the FTC mandates that they have to at least check them out.

Hit them where it hurts and don't hold back because these people absolutely do not care about you!

My first few orders were great. No complaints at all. My most recent order however has entirely too many stems and seeds. Talking to customer service is like pulling teeth. Waiting a month for a 2 sentence response that did nothing. Good stuff when you get the good stuff. And when you strike out, oh well, they don’t care. 3 stars because it really is an undeniably good deal when you get the good stuff.

Ordered some clearance flower and it was nothing but seeds over 400 seeds in a qp. I messaged the company and they have left me on read. Looking for a new company asap

I don't know what all these people keep saying I've had nothing but Superior customer experience the product was always exactly as it States not only that they're shipping is impeccable and always on time there customer service is always there I don't understand these reviews at all not the negative ones

I ordered CBD (not THCA) from their website and what I received was definitely NOT CBD. I emailed them and they reassured me that their CBD is THCA free but when I asked for a link to their COA for the specific strain I bought (AC/DC), they just never responded. I checked every single COA they have on their Lab Result tab and not a single one was for "AC/DC" and absolutely none were CBD only. I have emailed them once a day for the past 5 days to try and get a response and have heard absolutely nothing.

I feel this has to be false advertisement and maybe illegal for not having the COAs readily available for customers.

I don't know what the 1-star reviewers are smoking (clearly not the good stuff from here), because my experience was absolutely flawless. Total haters.
I live in Maryland and placed my order on June 24th. It literally arrived today, June 26th—just two days later! You cannot beat that kind of fast shipping. On top of the lightning-fast delivery, the prices are absolutely amazing for the quality you get.
If you are on the fence about ordering, don't listen to the negative noise. This place is legit, the value is incredible, and I would highly recommend them to absolutely everyone. I’ll definitely continue to shop nowhere but here.

Ordered 2 oz’s of light assist smalls and it was absolute garbage mids. The two reviews I had saw posted said that the strain I ordered was “loud and dank buds and it was very good”, the pictures posted in the reviews look nothing like what I received either. They refuse to make it right or even respond to me in an email. Stay far away from this place.. worst online THCA vendor I’ve ever shopped with.

I bought half pound of OG kush was super dry and burned my throat the worst I've gotten the second shipment they sent out was very moldy and smelled like grass I just want this to be made right and to return my money

My brother and I both received a horrible batch, garbage outdoor uncured weed with stems nothing appealing about it. 1 order was Brown Sugar and other was Bio Diesel, and both look similar or the same. It looks like outdoor backyard home grown type of weed that went bad or unattended. My buds didn't look or match their description, not as advertisied or what other buyers received. The buds where very dark brown with blackish area and appeared moldy/wet and some where dry to. It had no smell and if you put your nose on it it smells like outside soil/dirt or wet grass slight ammonia smell. I sampled It and it was harsh and taste nasty with no after effects. It also gave me a upset stomach ache so we decided to flush 2 ounce down the toilet and take the lost.

I disputed with TSB and they gave me a store credit instead of a refund. To me a store credit is like a replacement, but that's their way of refunding you. So I took the store credit and placed the 2nd order to find out it was about the same garbage as my first order. These were the 2 bad batches I received. Now customer service refused give a 2nd refund and told me that I was blacklisted from there site. So basically they just kept my money and cut me off :-(

Note these were the cheapest strains we bought which where between $22 - $25, could be the reason why I received garbage. I'm assuming those buyers leaving great reviews might of purchased the more expensive strain which may be better looking buds that gets you high. And hard to say if these reviews are fake or not.

Maybe in the future I'll take chance and choose their higher tier the more expensive strain and see how that goes.

So if you plan to buy from TSB I wish you luck cause you are gambling with their flowers and may not get what you where expecting. The only positive I have is that their shipping process is fast, that's about it.

Update, days and weeks has passed and I still can't find the 1 star rating/review I gave TSB. So is obvious they're hiding or removing ratings under 3 stars. So don't trust their ratings it can be misleading, is probably generated and controlled by them anyway.

You can also check there bad reviews at ( ScamAdviser ) it shows a low 20 points and says is unsafe etc, shop at your risk. Is unfortunate you can't add images here, otherwise I would had added pictures.

Awful! The first product was usable but not good and the next order was trash, it made us feel physically sick. Wouldn't offer me a full refund and my bank wouldn't do anything. AVOID this trash company!

They got moldy flower. Ordered several strains, even their more expensive stuff and most of it had visible powdery mildew, some even had black mold and other white mold varieties. None of the buds were worthwhile. They're bound to go out of buisness. The government needs to step in to make sure thsy dont startup under a new compnay name because they are ruining people's health.
