Good customer service, very clear on communication and verification!

Avoid Tailor Brands at all costs. What should have been a simple, straightforward process has turned into an expensive, frustrating nightmare. I have paid this company nearly $1,000, and at this point, all I want is to end my relationship with them. Unfortunately, even that has proven ridiculously difficult.

Tailor Brands appears to rely heavily on AI-driven customer service, making it extraordinarily difficult to communicate with an actual human being. Their subscription cancellation process feels deliberately designed to prevent customers from leaving. Rather than simply honoring repeated requests to cancel, they offer discounts, introduce additional obstacles, and resort to warnings about potential noncompliance to pressure customers into maintaining services they no longer want.

Their pricing practices are equally infuriating. They lure customers in with seemingly inexpensive services, only to nickel-and-dime them for practically everything afterward. What begins as an affordable solution quickly becomes an endless stream of additional charges.

The final straw? They wanted to charge me another $259 to dissolve an LLC. The state dissolution form took me approximately TWO MINUTES to complete myself. Yet Tailor Brands continues to refuse to cancel my subscription until I provide proof that the LLC has been dissolved, despite my repeatedly and explicitly stating that I no longer want or authorize their services.

Let that sink in: I am trying to stop paying a company for services I no longer want, and they are putting conditions on my ability to cancel.

Every interaction seems to lead to another AI-generated response, another attempt to retain my subscription, or another obstacle. Even the emails supposedly written by actual people feel scripted and completely disregard what I am saying.

I find the existence of so many glowing reviews difficult to reconcile with my experience. From beginning to end, this has felt less like a legitimate business service and more like a relentless effort to extract as much money from customers as possible.

My advice: Stay away. Most of these tasks are relatively simple to accomplish directly through your state, without the inflated fees, unnecessary subscriptions, endless upselling, and exhausting cancellation process.

I have rarely encountered a company that made something so simple so unnecessarily complicated. Tailor Brands has turned what should have been a convenient service into an expensive exercise in frustration.

Zero stars, if that were an option.
