Bought a couple of items from them and they didn't ship for over a month and when I tried contacting them I got no response. The items finally did get shipped but after a very long delay. They'll not reply to any emails or give any updates.

Very disappointing warranty experience with StangLights.

I reported a defective LED issue on headlights from Order #4877. My Yahoo/RocketMail message source shows the email dated May 12, 2026, which was within the stated one-year warranty period. StangLights instead claimed they did not receive the issue until July 17, after the warranty expired.

I provided the underlying email information and asked them to provide comparable original metadata from their system to explain the discrepancy, but they did not. They also never addressed the support form I submitted through their website in July.

To their credit, they acknowledged they failed to respond promptly, but they still would not honor the warranty.

Products can fail. My issue is how the support and warranty dispute were handled afterward. Based on my experience, I would be cautious purchasing from StangLights and would strongly recommend saving every email, screenshot, and support record.

Ordered from this place twice. I guess I didn't learn my lesson the first time. Neither order moved for over a month until I sent multiple emails asking what was going on. Finally got the replacement LEDs and housings for my 06. The housings are just Chinese housings like you can get on eBay, and the lights are reversed internally (bright is dim, dim is bright). I emailed to see what's going on with these lights, waited a month and still don't have a response. Garbage products and customer service. Do not waste your money!

I been trying to contact them just trying to find out where my order status looks like its been a month I have not received any notifications ive sent several emails I even tried to call, nobody picks up the phone, its just mind blowing to me

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! ordered lights from them took over a month to receive and one after emailing them about my order. Products I received was defective out of the box and one product not even compatible and did not fit the connections. they won't return or contact me to make it right! WASTE OF MONEY! BEWARE!

Ordered $1,610.43 worth of items through their site on June 5th, it's now the 14th and I have received absolutely no update on my order. When I confronted them about it on Facebook, by commenting on one of their posts, they promptly deleted my comment and informed me via PMs that they were "looking into it". Nothing has come of the aforementioned. Very unethical and unprofessional, don't do business here.
