Seen some rather negative reviews but can honestly say my experience with them was hassle free and no issues.

Softkeys are a scam, I purchased office2024. I followed the instructions sent on numerous occasions but the product will not activate. Softkeys have only responded with sending the instructions again, no other communication. Despite asking for a refund they will not issue one or help in any way. SCAM DO NOT USE.

Purchased MS Office Professional Plus 2024 LTSC on the 27.07.2026 (order # 251200). Following installation, attempted activation using the code provided by Softkeys.UK (also trading as Productkeys-UK). Activation was denied 'due to the product already being installed on another device' (according to Microsoft). Contacted softkeys.uk immediately followed by numerous subsequent emails, none of which have been responded to. If you wish to purchase and operate a licensed for longer than 30 days; look elsewhere. Softkeys.UK and Productkeys-UK are scammers.

Sold me an account instead of the advertised product key and then refused to engage with refund emails but had the time and energy to dispute attempts, pocketing my money. Basically just a criminal organisation at this point

**Office 365 stopped working after 45 days – no support**

I purchased Microsoft Office 365 from Sofykeys, but after only around 45 days, the account was blocked with a message stating that the university account had been closed.

I contacted Sofykeys for a solution. They provided an LTSC download link, but the download was through a third-party website rather than an official Microsoft source. More importantly, the LTSC version they provided does not activate either.

I have been trying to get this resolved, but I have received **no response from Sofykeys since 18 May**.

Very disappointing experience. I paid for a product that stopped working after just 45 days, and despite contacting the seller, I have still not received a working solution or proper support.

I would strongly recommend being cautious before purchasing Microsoft products from Sofykeys.

My lifetime MS office stopped working after about a year and there are no responses from any of the customer support options. Reviews suggest they have helped a few people but I can't raise anyone though many many methods. Watch out for similar names companies they trade from e.g. productkeys.

I bought the life time office 365 life time license for up to 5 users. They created a student account and send me out the user id and password. It worked for 5 months, then they removed the access. Raised a complaint to credit card company and they are fraudulent.

Sold me a duff key for MS Office.

Tried to gaslight me in the email responses.

Supplied keys that had already been activated and then ignored all requests for a refund.

Even after like 4 years when my office 365 stopped working, they helped me and gave me a new replacement.

I brought a LIFETIME product key to access office 365 for LIFE.
It’s stopped working.
And Softkeys are saying “TOUGH LUCK”

I don’t care if Microsoft has changed their accounts.
They sold me lifetime access.

Doesn’t even worth 1 star, completely SCAM, bought for Office 365, received an login and password which doesn’t work, tried to contact them, the mail was failed to deliver. Fortunately I have paid from my credit card will claim back.

I encountered the below error message when attempting to activate the product key. I emailed the product key a couple of times for help, but there has been no reply whatsoever. Poor service.

“We can’t activate Windows on this device because the product key that you entered is not valid"

and same experience as other people, login details didnt work at all. tried emailed them and only received 1 reply and nothing after. waste of money

I strongly advise everyone to avoid buying software or licence keys from this seller.

My experience has been extremely disappointing from start to finish.

I purchased **Microsoft Office 2024 Professional Plus for 3 devices**, but after payment I was instructed to download and install a completely different product – **Office 2024 Pro Plus LTSC**. These are not the same editions and they use different licensing and deployment models. To make matters worse, the installation package they provided did not work at all, making it impossible to install the software.

I contacted the seller repeatedly by email in an attempt to resolve the issue. I sent **well over a dozen emails**, but they simply ignored me. No meaningful response, no technical support and no attempt to correct their mistake.

Eventually I had no choice but to open a dispute with my bank in order to recover my money. Even then, the seller failed to cooperate and did not respond to the bank's attempts to resolve the matter.

In my opinion, this is completely unacceptable customer service. When something goes wrong, you are effectively left on your own.

If you are thinking about buying software from this website, my advice is simple: **don't.** There are many reputable sellers who value their customers and provide proper support if problems arise.

Please think very carefully before spending your money here. My experience has been a complete waste of time, unnecessary stress and a great deal of frustration. I would never purchase from this seller again, nor would I recommend them to anyone.

purchased Office 2024 Professional Plus Key in May 2026 and it stopped workign after few days. Since then we tried to contact them and they are not replying at all. Contact number is not working and no response on the email from them.

The company is not registered on companies house. Microsoft confirmed that they are selling duplicate keys which are already in use.

Bought office 365 in February 2026 & it has now stopped working after 3 months.

I have emailed the support team but recieved no reply at all.
Very disappointed as no help or assistance recieved to date.
I am hoping that I was not scammed?
