They are good I feel a little pricey but the product is great. The free pre roll was more like a half pre roll but it was free so I'll let that pass lol I really like their iced line smells so good. Euphoria is pretty good too gave me energy and more creative. Just wish they ran some kind of percent off deals like most other places. The shipping was pretty fast like 3 or 4 days. Great stuff 👍

I'd been ordering from them for several years with no issues. Then my favorite strain was sold out for six months and when I FINALLY logged in to find it available, I started a subscription for it monthly. Almost immediately, things went downhill. Again, they couldn't fulfill the order, I tried to swap, changed my order, wrote to them about problems with website and got the same run-around and phony excuses and promises to have someone look into it. They were fine for a while but have clearly tanked. There are other places online with more strains, good prices and so far, no aggravation.

Their website False Advertises and Refuse to Sell the latest collectible card packs..
Their website false advertises their inventory and gate-keeps the strains that are desired the most with no grace or professionalism. They ignored my inquiry about collecting all the Card Collectibles in their Juiced* and Mini-Blunt 5-Packs and continue to say they’re escalating my requests to a team that can further help.
Well they never reached out and are ignoring me completely when I have orders I paid for. No help, no resolution, no grace. They show favoritism to only wholesale clients and refuse to sell the packs I am missing from my collection even when having the full amount ready to pay for it immediately.
My current package not only has been continuously delayed but it’s been past the normal time, 8 days, and it continued to be held back or not delivered when it’s in next city over.
When asking for help in all these situations, no one seems to care other than Ruth. The rest of the agents ignored my goal of collecting all the cards. Even when asking kindly at first. Not only does this hurt me by being treated like I don’t exist. I am a loyal customer that has always bought their products. To be treated like this and not prioritize my request and even concerns about my packages coming tampered with and not being delivered is an atrocity.
But they claim to have a 30 day period if the product isn’t liked they will make things right. This is not true however and another area of false advertisement.
I am very discouraged and distraught by how I am being treated and it truly breaks my heart as a loyal fan and collector.
Save yourself the trouble and don’t start being a collector of their products. They won’t let you collect all of them which leaves an empty hole in your heart and an incomplete collection when it means so much to me.
