I ordered in good faith to support breast cancer under their Ribbons for Hope what looks like on their website a real knitted hoodie cardigan and a normal sweatshirt. Not cheap at all.
What I received was a printed thin poor hoodie jumper, not knitted, PRINTED on cheap thin material. NOT what was shown on their website.
The sweatshirt was also a thin cheap material.
I asked to return the hoodie cardigan. I was basically told it would cost me $30-$60 to return, 2-4 weeks wait. Not worth my bother they said. They do not recommend returning the item.

I recommend anyone ordering from this company to do so very carefully choosing what they buy. The knitted items shown in the photos are not Knitted but printed to look knitted.

I finally received my Hoodie today. Poor quality and sizing. Very disappointed

Love the shirt. However, I was thinking it would be the material of a sweatshirt. Took a little longer to get than I expected.

We never received the t-shirt we ordered. We filed a Missing Mail with the USPS like you suggested, but so far, no luck.

It was great, my order came fairly quickly expecially coming from Italy. I absolutely love it.

They over charge you for your order and than never deliver it. DO BUY from them.

Merchandise is great. Delivery didn't take too long.

I didn't like the material the so called sweat shirts were made out of, when I ordered the headline said sweatshirt and made it look 3D not long sleeve tee shirt! Very misleading and the shirt looks nothing like what was advertised, oh the same picture but not 3D. Definitely
not a sweat shirt material. I also ordered 2 different sweatshirts and you sent me the same one. The product was very different than what was advertised.

I appreciated the quick answer to a question I had and the updates on the status of my order. Once I was notified that my order had reached the US, once it got thru customs, it was delivered quickly.

The delivery was great in a good amount of time. I love cats and this top just makes it all that much better. It is comfortable and everyone comments on the picture which is very imaginative. I just love the top and will wear it a lot.

I ordered a sweatshirt which isn't a sweatshirt at all. The darn thing has a tiny neck which doesn't stretch and it won't go over my head!! I had to send pictures of trying to get it over my head which I did. I said I would return it and would like a refund. This was what they told me: "I am sorry the shirt won't go over your head. Since we don't have a local return address, we suggest you keep the item. Here are a few suggestions that might help: gift it to someone or have it altered locally. We are willing to offer you a 5% discount code for your next order." I'm out $42!!! I am a Sr. citizen on a fixed income. They stiffed me $42 and offer me 5% off a future order ??? I might be old but I'm not stupid. Why on earth would I order anything from them again????

Shirt is not made well

I ordered a cute sweater for my daughter's birthday in early august. It is now October and I have not received the merchandise and anytime I inquire I get the same.Probably bot excuse that it is moving normally
The last tracking I received was the end of august and it supposedly was in elizabeth new jersey. It is bound for indiana. I now strongly believe that this is a scam and I have contacted my bank in order to obtain a refund. Very disappointed and disgusted with these people!

It took a very long time to get here from when the order was placed but the shirt is very nice although not what I would consider t-shirt material. I love the design of the shirt.

Long wait for delivery,and extremely poor quality material. I ordered what appeared to be a fine knitted ,batwing sleeve top. It did not resemble the photo on the website. I was offered a20% refund, and told to keep the top,to either gift,or donate. Neither of which it is suitable for. I refused their offer,and was then offered 35%,. I find this rather insulting, as this company now has my money and I have nothing to show for it. I hope the money does go to the charity it was intended for. I would not recommend ordering anything from here. There are more trustworthy ways to raise money for charities.

I loved the tracking information & when I received my items I absolutely loved them.
