Not worth the wait.

Ordered a seat with a projected lead time of 6 to 8 weeks; didn't get the seat until the end of week 11.
Seat barely fits bike- it required two people to install: one to warp the seat enough to get the bolt threaded and someone else to thread the bolt.
Seat is totally uncomfortable.
All that wait for nothing.

They will build it correctly with high quality!!!

I called and ordered a seat for a Yamaha tw200, I wanted way thicker for my big butt. They did a fantastic job; they even sent emails letting me know they were running behind, kept me in the loop. 6 weeks later I received better than expected. I can ride as far as I want to and my but does not hurt, the foam is hard like I asked and I will definitely have them build a seat again. No complaints, verry happy customer!!!! Avoid this company

I ordered a seat for my Husqvarna 701 enduro from Concept Seats, it was very expensive but the reviews were good so I splashed out. When the seat arrived it didn’t fit my bike.
After a lot of emails back and forth it turned out they’d sent me a seat to fit the American version not the European one.
I didn’t know there were two different versions. Concept Seats obviously did know this as they’ve sol many seats to both European and American customers. For that reason I don’t know why they would send an American version to an English customer with an English address.
They refused to admit any error on their part and were extremely unhelpful.
I’m now the owner of a very expensive and totally useless seat.
Terrible company, avoid them.

Luna Material slick

Luna material very slick. Listed on seat concepts as moderate grip but NO grip is a better description. This was my 4th seat from them and never had an issue before. Also used the same pants on a different seat without issue. Customer service said i can return the seat if was unused for a 15% restock fee. I obviously used it. So now my only choice is to pay for a different cover. Paid over $350 shipped for this. Waste of money.

Game changing seat!! Thanks Candice

Candice in support is wonderful. Excellent product, transforming my 26 Yamaha Tenere 700.

In summer wait times can extend well beyond 4 weeks, frustrating I know, brace yourself, but the product is and absolute game changer. Thanks Candice and the whole team.

Customer service is TRASH

Ordered a complete seat for a ‘24 KLX230R. Waited 30 days for it to arrive, seat was way to long & did not fit.
Max stated he believes I have a ‘23 KLXR.
I bought my bike brand new off the showroom floor from MotoNation.
That’s why I hate these small “mom & pops” they swear they never make mistakes, when it comes to monies these small businesses will not give you all your monies back for their mistake. They refunded me the site price, which did not include taxes nor shipping for a pricey seat.
When they thought it was my mistake they were quick to respond to my email, but when it came time for them to refund my monies after they had received the seat back sitting with them for 4 days, 7 days later, I had to send several unresponsive emails to them until they finally responded about my refund…don’t waste your time or monies on these clowns.
When I sent the seat back, UPS charged $68 for shipping & seat concepts won’t cover shipping for their mistake, so in all I’m minus $100+ & wasted time dealing with these fools.
Seat concepts customer service is TRASH.
The Seat Concepts site is False advertising!!!!

We've been loyal customers of Seat Concepts

We've been loyal customers of Seat Concepts for years and have always appreciated the comfort and fit of their products. However, our recent experience has been disappointing.

Last month, we purchased a new seat for our Husky FE450, and on the very first ride — while the bike was simply standing — it tipped over and the **seat pan cracked in two places and **cover had a hole in it caused by the pan craking. And before anyone asks: yes, the seat was mounted correctly.

We immediately contacted ADV Moto Store, and to their credit, they were incredibly helpful and responsive. They put another seat on hold for us while discussing the issue directly with Seat Concepts.

Unfortunately, after a few days, we were informed that Seat Concepts would not replace the seat, but would only be sending a new pan and cover. About a month later, the replacement parts finally arrived.

We carefully tried to remove the glued foam from the broken seat, doing our best not to damage it — but with little success. On top of that, we had to purchase a stapler and spray glue ourselves, adding another $150 in unexpected costs, just to reassemble the seat.

After all that effort, it's unlikely the seat will look or perform like a brand-new $800 seat again.

We're left wondering if manufacturing quality has declined, even though the price remains high. We've come to expect better from Seat Concepts — not just in product durability, but also in post-sale support.

Satisfied Customer!

After a recent seat production issue came to light Seat Concepts took the initiative and replaced my seat. They stand behind their great looking product and I couldn't be happier with the service I received.
