It was an extremely good experience. My only issues are related to the renter himself, and even those are minor. As a first time renter from this owner it would have been nice to have met him and got... See more

I rented from Steve and it was a wonderful experience. He dropped off the trailer helped set it up and showed me how to run the trailer. I would highly recommend him and he came back and picked the trailer up. Very professional and the trailer was clean .
I did not like the fact that the rv was delivered to me with no water and then got charged $125.00 for the dumping. Also I paid for 3 days but only stayed 2 and no refund for the extra day. I assume that when you rent an rv that it would have water without the client having to ask. So I am in an area where I did not have access to water.

Generally the experience was good but points definitely lost because of a cancellation. We had a reservation and everything was all set and then the unit owners cancelled on us leaving us scrambling to find a replacement unit. Our reservation was 2 weeks including the August long weekend so a high demand time. We wound up with a unit much bigger then we needed and thus much more costly. I will note that the owners of that 2nd unit were top notch!! I will have to consider renting from a formal rental company in the future as I do not want to get caught out again by a cancellation.
The RVezy reply is an apology but does not offer any way to avoid a reoccurrence of the same problem.

Our host was a 5 star, thank you J&D. The app could have been more up front and ad ons can't be added once paid in full.

Everything went very well. Love it. Still, I find it Way too expensive to used your app. There were the VR fee and assurance fee which are ok and normal. But your fees to use the app are very expensive and it is over the other fees.

Having Kevin help me through the computer booking process by phone was an amazing service! My questions on the help site were always followed up promptly - as this was my first camper rental experience, I had quite a few…
Fares was consistently helpful and patient - from the time I called him at home, thinking I was calling the RVezy office number… before 8am…
Up to when I called from the propane refill station asking how I was supposed to operate the pump…

Everything was clear, simple, and easy from start to finish. The booking process was straightforward, the service was great, and the platform was very accessible and easy to use. Overall, a smooth and positive experience. I would definitely recommend RVezy!

Hello we had a good experience. RVezy made it easy with it being our first time.
Providing all the personal information was stressful with the identify thief on the rise. I couldn't find a statement regarding the secure handling and deletion of personal information. Thanks

The trip to Vermillion for our son's wedding was as perfect as it gets.
RVezy looked after all the details in getting us an rv to rent for our stay in the beautiful provincial park in Vermillion. Our host Meghan and Craig were so accommodating and their rv was super clean and perfect for the 8 days we were there.

Really liked the person we rented from. My only suggestion with any person renting an RV, if it is a guest's 1st time, to do over the terms/cost for the additional miles. I know they are listed but I had a hard time logging into the app on the 1st day so I did not have a chance to review....it would just be helpful to know those extra costs over the 400 miles...which I he was aware we were doing alot more than that. But the response time of messages and flexibility was great.

Lovely trailer and hosts. Shocked by final price. Original was $198 for 2 nights for small (16 ft) travel trailer. Charged $444. OVER DOUBLE. This is with us picking it up, setting up/take down and dumping ourselves. Plus it would be our insurance while attached to our vehicle.
