Initial contact was great, sales rep not so much

Online was super and I initially called the store and the lady that answered was super. She told me the name of the lamp which was very helpful. She then transferred me to the sales person who I asked to please confirm against our order to make sure I got the same exact model. It's been almost two years and wanted to confirm. The sales fellow seemed bothered that I was calling. He looked "all over" and could not find any lamp even on my wife's account with her phone number even though the first person did. I ordered the lamp myself. Like your product, but I guess unless we are spending $thousands, they might not be as interested in making sales; not sure. Highly recommend you hire more folks like that first lady answering the "general info" like a 7:00 PM on 10/14 at the Katy store
