An exceptional educational journey at Rome Business School!

I am currently attending the International Master in Food & Beverage Management, and I couldn't be more enthusiastic about the experience! Everything—from the program's organization to the international environment and the quality of the faculty—has exceeded my expectations.

As a working professional, balancing work and studies is certainly no walk in the park. However, the lectures are truly engaging. The curriculum is perfectly structured, combining core business economics modules with specialized F&B management subjects. The professors are exceptionally knowledgeable, always approachable, and consistently available to answer questions in depth, whether online or on campus.

A special mention goes to the personalized support provided by the academic team: my program coordinator, Ms. Nunzia Lucente, has been extraordinarily attentive, helpful, and efficient every step of the way.

Rome Business School is a fantastic academic environment. Highly recommended—keep up the great work!

Sometimes the Crossroads Is Where the Next Chapter Begins

There are moments in professional life when you realise that you need to stop, learn again and prepare yourself for what comes next.

That was where I found myself when I discovered Rome Business School.

I was already working as a manager and leader, but I wanted more knowledge, stronger leadership skills and a fresh perspective on my professional future.

My experience with Rome Business School has been deeply meaningful.

I particularly appreciated the courses on leadership, self-leadership, time management and innovation. But one experience that really stayed with me was Ideas Incubation.

I have always had ideas including ideas for books, projects and initiatives.
The challenge is not simply having an idea.
The challenge is giving that idea structure, developing it, communicating it and ultimately bringing it to life.

That course helped me look at my ideas differently.
It encouraged me to move from thought to structure, and from structure to action. I have already carried that lesson into my writing and other projects.

I am sincerely thankful to the Academic Team, professors, leadership and programme coordinators, especially Nunzia and Francesca, for their support and professionalism.

I am equally grateful for the international friendships and connections made along the way, with people from Africa, Europe, the Middle East, Brazil, Angola, Ghana and many other places.

My journey with Rome Business School reminded me that learning does not have an expiry date.

Sometimes, you simply need the courage to return to the classroom, open your mind and prepare for the next chapter.

Thank you, Rome Business School, for being part of mine.

My experience at Rome Business School…

My experience at Rome Business School has been truly positive and rewarding so far. One of the aspects I appreciate the most is the international environment, which gives me the opportunity to connect with people from different countries, cultures, and professional backgrounds.

The professors are highly knowledgeable, experienced, and passionate about their subjects, making the learning experience both engaging and valuable.

I would also like to express my special appreciation to Flavia, my career advisor, for her continuous support, encouragement, and valuable guidance. She is always approachable, professional, and genuinely interested in my personal and professional development. Her advice has been particularly helpful as I navigate important career decisions.

Overall, Rome Business School offers a great combination of academic knowledge, international exposure, and personalized career support. I am very happy to be part of this international community and look forward to continuing my journey!

Excellent Career Guidance and Support

I’m genuinely grateful to have had Flavia supporting me throughout my job search. She has been incredibly patient, understanding, and encouraging, especially during times when I struggled to keep up with applications or respond to her follow ups. She never gave up on checking in and making sure I was making progress, which I really appreciated.
With her help in improving my CV and guiding me through my applications, I managed to secure six interviews in just two weeks, received two job offers, and eventually accepted a position of a Cultural Programming Producer, a role that genuinely aligns with my experience, interests, and career aspirations.
I'm so thankful for her time, effort, and kindness, and I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone as navigating their job search.

Unlocking Leadership Potential Through Real-World Challenges

The CEO-for-a-Day Challenge was a highly valuable experience. Working on a real international business case presented directly by the Vice President of a company gave the exercise a level of realism and impact that went far beyond a traditional academic simulation.

As CFO, I was challenged to think strategically, collaborate with fellow executives, and make decisions under pressure. The experience also strengthened my leadership posture and executive communication skills, while pushing me beyond my comfort zone.

A practical, engaging, and insightful challenge that I would highly recommend.

Excellent Online Program

My experience with Rome Business School’s online program has been absolutely fantastic. The digital learning platform is user-friendly and well-structured, making it easy to balance my studies with professional commitments. What I appreciate most is that the practical approach to learning remains strong online; the professors are industry professionals who bring real-world insights into every virtual session.

Despite being online, the school creates a great international environment with excellent networking opportunities. I am truly satisfied with my choice and highly recommend RBS to anyone looking for a flexible, top-tier business education.

RBS or another institution

I had a choice between choosing a state funded German university or RBS for the Arts and Culture Management course. But after sitting through both their onboarding calls, it was obvious to me why RBS was always the better fit from the beginning. While the German option was solid, RBS was so much more agressive in pursuing my enrolment. It may not be everyone's cup of tea, but I did appreciate the effort. They followed it up with all sorts of preparatory sessions and really made me feel at home and at ease up until my very first class.

Regarding the actual course itself, I have been very impressed with the lecturers and their depth of expertise. While I can't say for sure how the German one would've turned out, I still believe RBS offers a way more practical approach that suited my own masters ambitions more. All in all, I am loving this experience and am now a proud ambassador of RBS.

A truly transformative year that exceeded my expectations, challenged me to discover strengths and talents I had never consciously recognised

It did not merely fulfil my expectations; it exceeded them by far. I discovered strengths and talents I had never consciously recognised. I met fascinating people from all corners of the world, and the exchange of ideas during our interactive lectures was a privilege.
We learned from professors with decades of experience and genuine hands-on expertise — people whose knowledge was enriched by years of actually living their subjects. The past year has been shaped by lectures, exam preparation, countless video calls with colleagues and wonderful people, and the remarkable culture of Rome Business School — a community always willing to help, support one another and go the extra mile. Special thanks to Costas Piliounis on great guidance on the master program and Flavia Sardelli for amazing support.

A meaningful experience at Rome Business School

A meaningful experience at Rome Business School

Completing my Master in Project Management at Rome Business School has been an important milestone in both my personal and professional journey.

Coming from a background in photography, journalism, culture and creative entrepreneurship, studying Project Management allowed me to develop new perspectives and practical tools that I can now bring into the projects and initiatives I want to build, particularly at the intersection of culture, creativity and social impact.

One of the things I appreciated most was being part of such an international community, connecting with people from different countries, professional backgrounds and perspectives.

I would like to give a special thank you to Walid Asaad, who supported me throughout the process and encouraged me to keep going during a challenging moment in my journey. That encouragement made a difference.

A special thank you as well to Lorenzo de Virgilio, whose guidance and support during the Capstone Project were extremely valuable. His feedback helped me navigate this important final stage of the programme with greater clarity and confidence.

And, of course, I’m very grateful to my Capstone Project team. It was an honour to be chosen as our team leader, and I truly appreciated the trust, collaboration and dedication of my five colleagues. Working together as a team of six was a valuable experience in leadership, communication and teamwork, and I’m proud of the work we accomplished together.

The Graduation Ceremony in Rome was a beautiful way to close this chapter — a moment of celebration, connection and reflection, surrounded by graduates, families and the wider RBS community.

I leave RBS with new knowledge, new perspectives and, perhaps most importantly, new questions about what I can build with everything I have learned.

Grazie mille, Rome Business School, for being part of this journey. 🎓✨

Grand Tour Bootcamp 2026

I had the opportunity to participate in the Grand Tour 2026, and it was truly a unique experience. Besides the guided tours to important museums, the most valuable aspect was meeting the leadership of key cultural institutions and understanding how they manage their organizations. Thanks to everyone involved in creating this wonderful program, with special thanks to Silvia Muffini and Corrina Turati!

Student Experience – Rome Business School & Adidas Internship Session

Ciao, our Career Services shared the Adidas internship opportunities and encouraged us to attend the session, and it was genuinely helpful. The call clarified the roles, language requirements, and Adidas’ openness to international students. It also helped me understand which role aligns best with my studies before sending my application in, which made the event even more valuable.

Events like this support students in making informed career decisions and finding the right fit — something important, since we spend many hours working and want to feel engaged while contributing meaningfully to a business. I truly hope Career Services continues organising more of these opportunities.
