I hate Ro Health. With their membership fees and medication subscription fees, it is confusing to try to determine how much your medication will cost.
Also, there is NO customer service. You can’t talk to anyone.
I don’t know who runs the company, but my guess is that he is snotty nosed little kid who has no idea how to run a company.
I was able to be approved last night. My order was shipped today
I canceled my order and so I never recieved any product. They still charged nearly $300 membership fee and would not refund. Also, the order that I canceled, they kept re-attempting to collect from my account even after I canceled.
Communication via text very prompt. The email i first received stated i would pay $39.00 first month and $99.00. But the email i received shows a higher payment? I believe I might have been deceived!
The whole process is easy & didn't take much time.

Service and responses were great but the Zepbound was the same price as I could get at the pharmacy without a membership fee. It's a better deal just to go to my pharmacy.

Great until they didn't refund my 3 month subscription when it renewed. I mistakenly didn't cancel before the auto-renew.

I have watched direct to consumer marketing on the television many times. As a healthcare provider, I am embarrassed to see how RO demonstrates the injection process in a dangerous manner. One should never administer anything in the under arm. Too many nerves and vessels to hit. It should be demonstrated to lay users how to inject in the deltoid muscle or the subcutaneous fat in the lower abdomen only.
Don’t know yet I just started. However, the idea of losing weight i is making me very happy.
