I tried a search and received no information of use;it was just curiosity. Before I noticed I had been billed 3 times for the monthly subscription fee without being asked or communicated with on any way. No account set up, no commitment on my part. This is fraud.

Like other recent posts I authorised one tiny transaction which went through on my paypal account without trouble. A coupke of days later reverse look up appled for £29.99 which I certainly had not authorised. I have raised the matter with paypal and suggested they look at the Vendor closely and possible report to the Police. REF 58T39795HM716622L

Used the system once and they signed me upto a subscription with out my consent complete scam

No idea how to cancel subscription was not explained. Information provided was nothing anyone could not get via facebook insta etc. Rubbish absolutely ridiculous service or ( lack of) basically a scam.

Used the service and spent the advertised £1 to do so. Was then charged £30 a week later for supposedly I had to signed up for a 7 day contract when spending this £1. Nowhere did it tell me that this was happening. It did not tell me when I spent the money in a pop-up or as an email in my eyes. This is fraud. Do not use this service!

I didn't sign up for a subscription but they've taken 29.99 out of my bank account. How do I get a refund. This is fraudulent isn't it. Has anyone else had same problem

I used reverselookup once for £0.50. They charged me twice, another £0.50. Then one week later they took £29.99 from my bank account. I had not agreed to this and was totally unaware they would try this. This is fraudulent behaviour. I would advise anyone to not use.

I intended to use this as a one-off service which cost me about £1. It worked ok, and was cheap... Fine so far.
Then today I get a charge of £29.99 taken out of my bank. Turns out they've signed me up for an expensive subscription without any warning. Very very sneaky, and I will be contact my bank to chargeback this payment unless I receive an immediate refund.
Disgraceful behaviour and I expect this to be put right.

I would leave minus 10 stars if I could. Paid 50p to look up a number next thing I have been paying £29.99 a month for the last 3 months ? Then to cancel what I didn't even know I had entered a contract, I had to pay £ 9 .99 to cancel my subscription!!!!!!! What a ripoff !!!!!!

I have been charged £29.99 for something (a subscription service??) of which I was not aware. This charge has not been made clear and raises certain questions - which may be a shame if this is an innocent mistake

I am disgusted I was lead to believe it was free and have been charged £29:95 for one “look up”

Like many others, I was drawn to use Reverselookup.com by the initial cost of £1. having read the results, I decided not to proceed further and, perhaps mistakenly, left it at that. However, today, I find that the firm has charged me for the follow up service - even though I did not request it. I am glad to say that I have cancelled my subscription with Reverselookup.com and I hope my story stands as a cautionary tale for others: if you don't want to proceed after the initial search, cancel your subscription at once.
