It's been 14 days since I placed my order, tracking says it's still in transit. I've emailed Rynstyle numerous times regarding delivery. Either I get AI responses, or it's out if their hands since the order has been sent. Terrible customer service.

Booked with them, was able to get it sorted in two weeks. On the day, only took 90mins and they let me wait for the works to be done. Nice and simply turn around, no issues since the works

I bought Steampunk satchel bag irregular briefcase "BROWN MECHANISM in September and I 100% understand that is thoroughly out of a returns policy but within less than a year and zero used - this bag has fallen apart. The faux leather effect has basically shredded (some quite badly) in many places, on the bag. I loved the bag and purchased it to use as part of steam punk cosplay at an event (as to why it had no prior use). It now looks terrible and I am truly heart broken. Im just disappointed they dont have a faulty policy, they can see on the interior of the bag that its basically never been used.

Love the corset top it is so beautiful and looks great one. Good quality. Delivery was very easy to track into Australia. Website was easy to order from. Very pleased with my purchase.

My first ever order from restyle had a mixed reaction from me- I ordered winged backpack and earrings. Backpack was and still is amaizing- I absolutely love it - the earrings sadly broke - but when I saw the material it was made from I thought to myself "Yeah no wonder" (it was made from some type of zync - I don't really remember and they don't have them anymore). But I didn't give up on them because I truely see the potential in those clothes- and boy- They did not dissapoint. Now I have total of 4 bags - all of them are amaizing and stand out in the crowd, I have fireborn set of trousers and a top - the material makes you kind of warm but I don't mind it and I have a cloak/hoodie - it looks stunning, material is nice to the touch, it accentuates the waist and I feel like a cool witch in it >:3! I reccomand them, they have fast shipping (In my situation Poland-> Germany), cool looking clothes and bags and the designs are worth every penny! Thank you restyle for gracing me with your creativity! My dream is to collect all the butterfly/moth bags you have soo be ready for it!!! haha

My order was shipped pretty quickly. The collar quality is amazing. I tried it on and it fit perfectly. Can't wait to wear it with outfits.

I ordered their best seller, the "Night Calling Maxi Dress" and I'm not at all impressed with the quality of this dress. It arrived with extremely loose buttons, misaligned buttons, and loose threads all over. To add to this, the material is very scratchy and when I tried it on it feels itchy. I sent them a message asking for a replacement due to the condition mine arrived in, they offered me a partial refund because the dress is currently out of stock. They told me with the partial refund, I can use that money to fix the dress. I messaged them back saying I was willing to wait for a replacement or I would take a full refund in store credit as I do not want a partial refund to spend more money on the dress to fix it. It cost me nearly $200 CAD for this dress after paying shipping and duties. If I'm spending this much on a dress, I expect better quality. It has now been a week and they have stopped responding to me and haven't even given me a partial refund. Their clothes are gorgeous, I just wish the quality matched the price.

Quality not worth the price. The dress I ordered is really bad sewed, the strings are hanging from every place and the belt came with strings hanging as well. I wonder when both things will fall apart. I hope there will be more viscosis and other natural materials clothes available. Quality now is really shein-like

I own few pieces from them and love all of them except wide brim hat (it's more heavy than I expected and even though it's wool, it's hard and giving me a headache when I wear it). The hat was on sale tho and it was bit of a risky purchase anyway. However, everything looks exactly as in pictures, quality is okay and so far they've seemed durable as well, shipping has been fast and effortless so I'm still going with five stars. It's difficult to find good alt clothes and I really love what Restyle has to offer (butterfly hoodie is my absolute favorite!) and I also love that they have many 100% cotton options. From my experience it's so rare to find any alternative clothing in this style made from natural fibers.

I loved my dress when I received it and first tried it on, but I then gently hand washed it and hung it to dry and it shrunk drastically, I contacted restyle, sent them loads of photos as evidence and now they are ignoring me. The dress was expensive and the customer service is terrible.

I’ve been a fan of this brand for years and have loved their products since I was a teenager, so it’s even more disappointing to say this, but the bag I received from this store is shocking in quality. The flimsy plastic bag it came in even said “Made in China”, like something you’d get from Shein or Temu, not in one of their usual Restyle branded plastic bags like they normally do, which makes the presentation feel even worse.

When I opened it, I immediately noticed that some of the stitching was already coming loose. The material feels cheap and poorly made. Honestly, the only redeemable part is the embroidery, which looks nice, but that’s not enough to make up for the rest of the poor craftsmanship. Overall, it honestly feels like a €30 bag, not something in the €80+ price range.

After all the positive experiences I’ve had with this brand in the past, this is truly disappointing. I also don’t want to support a company that initially feels like a small, independent business but then simply sources cheap products from China and sells them at a much higher price. For the price I paid, I expected something far better. I will not be ordering from this store again.

I also won’t be putting my order number here, as I do not want to be contacted.

Update: I received a refund after 2 months of sending it back (this was over Christmas time too).

The designs are nice, however I had some issues with my order and I still haven’t had a refund. I ordered 3XL in a top with snake embroidery on it, and while the top fit, it was very small and the embroidery was coming off and was messy. I ordered a 3XL in a bodysuit and they sent me a Small, and putting it next to the top I ordered, the sizes weren’t that different. They made a mistake with my order and I get no compensation for that. The only option is to return it on your own money and pray that it gets to them. So it is quite disappointing that 1. The embroidery was messy and threads were everywhere, and 2. They sent the wrong size.

I did keep two items however. A 4XL skirt and a 3XL dress. Beware of return process, small sizing and messy embroidery.

I absolutely love shopping at Restyle. I've placed over 15 orders with them, and every single time the experience has been flawless. Shipping is incredibly fast, they offer amazing discounts, and their customer service is top-notch.

Sometimes I've had to make returns (usually when I order multiple sizes to pick the best fit), and every return has been handled quickly and smoothly, with my money refunded without any hassle.

Their size chart is accurate and up-to-date, which makes ordering much easier. The clothes are high quality and much better than Killstar. I especially love seeing factory videos on their social media, it's great to see how, for example, a bag is actually stitched. My favorite purchase so far has been their winter coat, it's lightweight yet extremely warm, stylish, and perfect for cold days. I can't recommend Restyle enough, it is definitely my #1 clothing brand.

I really like their products. They are great Quality and shipping is fast. Only recommend to order shirts one size up as they're running small.

I bought some leggings for my fiancee for Christmas,
I then was hit with an almost £90 customs fee
I opened the parcel and saw the leggings were printed, not a big deal right?
These leggings were printed unevenly (pattern was brighter / thicker on one leg than the other) and also already cracking and peeling along the fold lines! just from being folded and posted!
I submitted a complaint and they asked me to send them back and pay for the return postage!! the absolute cheek! I've submitted photos showing all defects and the fact that even putting these on would cause the printing to crack and peel and they want them back to confirm the defects! sure thing have them back but YOU pay for it! I've already spent over £100 on postage and fees alone!!
The kicker is they left it in the original bag from the factory, its Chinese trash, trash you'd pay £3 shipped from Ali express or Shein and they’re charging £34 PLUS postage and customs on top!
Absolutely disgusting, awful "quality" and ridiculous requests to send a £34 pair of leggings back to Poland for around £15 to then *MAYBE* get a £19 refund
