I bought a small round green tracker in August 2025 to put in my suitcase for when I was on the train as the luggage racks aren't usually in view. After several attempts I couldn't get the tracker app to work - it showed where my phone was but not my suitcase. I think that was a compatibility issue with my Oppo android device. Only £6.99 but, after numerous emails, I was promised a refund which was never forthcoming. When I questioned this and showed them the info from my PayPal wallet to prove this, they refused to accept this and insisted I had been given a refund. Very disappointed and won't buy from them again.

Had a pairing issue a few weeks after purchase with the samsung wallet tracker card, contacted support and got almost instant reply and solution. Great product and great service, would have absolutely no hesitation purchasing from this company again. Thanks refind.

Had a problem with my tracker and contacted re-find customer service. I must say their support was excellent and they resolved my problem and got my tracker working again in no time. I would not hesitate to buy another product from them again or recommend them to anybody else thank you

Purchased A vehicle tracking device just under twelve month ago, Encountered a minor problem and contacted ReFind via email.
Customer service was second to non, the issue dealt with and email responses were prompt and deal with the issue at hand without excuses or deviation from the matter in hand.
Would, without doubt recommend this company. their site is well worth a visit if you are looking for a tracker for your car, caravan the dog or the kids.
