I'm honestly blown away by the quality of these guys' work. I didn't expect to find a company that puts this much care into what they do. lol
From the start, they provided great-quality photos with good lighting and multiple angles, clearly pointing out any imperfections and explaining the different configurations available. In my case, they specifically mentioned the different airbag options and made sure I understood that the wheel I was buying came with a dual-stage airbag. I already knew what I was looking for, but I really appreciated them making sure there were no surprises.
The wheel was also packed extremely well and shipped out quickly.
They even called me before shipping to go over the details and make sure everything was correct. Personally, I prefer handling things like this over email since it's more comfortable for me and everything stays in writing, but that's really the only small thing I'd change.
Overall, I couldn't be happier with the experience. Definitely recommend Redline Auto Parts!
